All 3 people came to the door as soon as I entered. I knew from the moment I walked in that they were all profiling me. I never moved from the dessert area which is in the front. I decided to just order what I saw in the front, tea and 3 desserts. When I made my purchase they were still behaving like I shouldn’t be in there.I will never go back unless I want to show folks what profiling looks like! Not worth it.
We bought some beer and wine for our party. But cashier made a mistake so we needed to pay twice for our drinks. At the first attempt, the cashier said our credit card isn't working so we made another attempt. After realizing the fact that we paid twice, we wanted to get a refund for later one and called Savi Provisions at peachtree street. We made several calls and told employees about their mistake. However, we could not get our money back. It was a terrible experience and I dont know why they are not refunding it to us.
They have a key nest here and are beyond rude I waited where I usually go which isn’t in line but they usually don’t have a problem the man saw I was waiting then still took people that came after me instead of asking me to come over. Then instead of handing me the key which I just saw him had other customers a receipt he places the key on the counter. I’ll never support this business or buy anything from here. Overly rude.
I love Savi Provisions, they make the most delicious sandwiches (definitely try The Carter) and have an amazing selection of wines and freshly made desserts! A wonderful, walkable neighborhood market for all of us in Midtown!

Great service for what I needed
Staff do not wear gloves or masks and the prices keep going up. There are definitely better and cheaper options in midtown. Customer service isn’t great, and the place looks dirty. Would not shop here again.
