I have been living in this area for a couple of years & never seen Salata so unorganized, slow & too much talking. The staff has completely changed. However, there is a lady that was very nice. Also like to say, the older lady is so Sweet and Amazing ?
We walked by this and were excited to see a healthy option. We went in and we’re not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. The salad bar had so many fresh items and the two employees were kind and efficient: even letting us know what items might have allergens in case we were concerned. This was a delightful meal and I would come back again and again if I lived here! If you are wanting something fresh- this is not your normal salad option!
I love the salads from this place. This location needs more employees. The day I went, (last Saturday afternoon) there was only one employee and her customer service skills were a bit lacking. I gave her grace because she was also preparing delivery orders and taking my order at the same time, so perhaps she was overworked, tired or what have you.
Love the salads here! So delicious and refreshing. I also enjoy the salmon and shrimp for the protein. I like how it's not heavily seasoned and has fresh herbs. You can literally get any topping for your salad. The selection is remarkable!
My favorite chain of salad spots. They offer wraps as well for people who don’t like salad. They keep a smaller staff in the evening since they are not as busy. Recently they’ve changed how their prepare their croutons and it tastes so much better than before. I don’t normally get the croutons, but tried it due to the change.They’ve been accommodating when I’ve asked for my protein to packed in a separate container so I can heat it at home. They even allow me to get the dressing on the side so I can add as little or as much as I want.The times I’ve dined in, they are clean and maintain their tables and seats.
Employees had mask below their noses. I guess they don’t care about the health and safety of others when dealing with food. We told the manager of this location and the masks still wasn’t pulled up.
The staff is nasty and depending on when you go so is the salad bar, I mean come on guys you make salads it's not that hard ..don't waste your time coming here..all you will receive is bad customer service and a headache trying to leave. You're better off making your own salad.
I enjoy this salad bar everytime I go. The possibilities are endless. They have small and regular bowls. You can dine inside or get it to go. It's clean and friendly environment. The pice is about $10-$14 for a salad. They offer a another. choice of a wrap, cookies, bevarages. You would be disappointed ?

The service has improved at this location My order has been ready for me the last 4 times I arrived. I prefer this location because they're not stingy with my $17 salad.The lemonade and tea taps / lines are never cleaned therefore causing fermentation. Please clean the taps.
