Came here 6.12.22This was my first time at this location... Salad was good. Thought they could greet customers a little better coming in. They were restocking and a thanks for your patience would be good in times when you're restocking.... Tables were dirty, I do understand workers shortage. If that's the case leave cleaning stuff out so we can wipe the tables down . Salad was good though. Young woman that made my salad gave me good portion.. Good location to get to though
Normally I say Nothing!!! But I WILL NOT be eating at this location again. I left today 6/15/22 in complete disgust!! Trash on Tables and floors, spilling over in bins, as the associate sat on her phone just a few tables down with a broom in hand. And the air wasn’t working so there were flies and liquid spills on the floor that I almost tripped on upon entry. I spoke with the shift manager and got nowhere, of course the associate with the broom ended her phone conversation to join our conversation as the trash remained laying lifeless on the floor and tables. I requested a refund but that was only honored for one salad vs Both warm salads…. I will make my own salad at home if I’m subject to this particular location. I should’ve taken pictures but I didn’t as they are very vividly planted in my mind.
Sometimes this location is good, other times it is awful. The inconsistency of the service has got to be solved. This specific time however- I had to write a review. My online order was placed around 8:15, I knew they closed at 9 but figured it wouldn't be that big of a deal considering it's just a couple of salads in a 45 min time frame. BOY WAS I WRONG! I am pretty sure the whole point of a salad is the dressing, other wise you just have a pile of vegetables... not only did they not pack any of our dressings, they left out all of our most expensive items that were an additional charge. Salmon, avocado, etc. We get it, you're lazy and you don't want to clean up! The smarter choice would be to cancel the order because this was just inexcusable and beyond silly.
I have reviewed this place before but now after visiting multiple times in the last year I have to change my review. Salata is my favorite favorite place to go!! I have visited 5 in Georgia and will literally drive out of my way to go to one.This one is located close to my job so I frequent it alot. The inconsistenty of how salads were made didnt bother me until today.I totally understand that everyone has to go up on prices because food and everything else is super expensive. I even understand the issues with worker shortages. However, if you are going to charge me more for my food PLEASE do not give me less than what I was getting before!!!If I order a regular salad dont make it a small and expect me not to notice!! This honestly makes me not want to come back to this location!!
Delicious fresh salads. All ingredients looks super fresh and taste very delicious. I’m going to put this on one of my favorite list
This place has great salads, one can customize with all kind of delicious fruits and vegetables and proteins. The food is always super fresh. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is they don't have enough employees working. Sometimes, the line gets long and the wait can be excruciating. The need to get people in and out faster but the saladsare amazingand overall the employees are friendly!
Salads are great. Love the concept. Love the location. However, the workers are so rude. I’m sorry but i’m not forcing you to work here so don’t be rude to your customers please for no reason. Also, they charge like $4 for meat and then scoop a small amount onto your salad.
I was excited to try Salata for the first time and I chose this location because it was close to my job. While I thought it would be a pleasant experience it was not. The staff was so rude especially one fair skinned heavyset lady. She had on a gray shirt so maybe she’s a manager….I thought to myself, we all have bad days so maybe she was just having a bad day. Until I visited the same location again, and she was there again, with a horrible attitude AGAIN. Her lack of manners and her unprofessionalism has made me not even want to eat at Salata anymore. Additionally, in this same recent visit, another staff member fixed my Salata Wrap with the same gloves she used to handle money and transactions at the cashier. All around bad experiences everytime I’ve eaten here. Would not recommend and will NOT patronize again.
