Tried the Red Tonkotsu. The broth seemed off… usually a Tonkotsu broth has a deep, rich, flavor profile from the pork bones. This one was lacking that umami umptuous-ness. It tasted like it was made quickly, and the while the broth was salty, there was no body to back it up. I also did not vibe with the kimchi collards… maybe on their own they would be good, but in this dish they kinda overtook all the other toppings. By the halfway point of eating my bowl there were collard greens floating all throughout it. I can appreciate trying to do something outside of the box, but these collards were out of place in the ramen. And lastly - the main reason I felt compelled to leave this review - the price point on the bowl is insane. 22 bucks for a bowl of ramen is STEEP. And at that price, the tonkotsu broth needs to be on point.lThe dumplings were pretty tasty.

Got a few snacks from here. Executed very well. Wings were nicely fried and crispy. Takoyaki had great flavor and were served super hot.

I love this place and always bring someone with me and they love it as well! My favorite is the vegan ramen. We tried the shrimp and noodle stir fry and it was delicious. Only question... is the shrimp cooked for this plate? Thank you!

Came here while visiting the food hall. The raman was tasty. The sesame wings were just ok. Not crispy enough and the sauce didn't have a vivid flavor so i wouldn't order them again. They also dont have sides. It would've been nice to have a side salad or a smaller size order of noodles with my wings.

This was a ramen treat. Coming from over seas this is the closest to ramen I have had since coming back!!!

Very unhappy with this place. Was a frequent customer prior to this. Only because I live in the complex. This place is nothing in comparison to the great ramen places downtown. It seems they prioritize trying to make profits rather than good food or client satisfaction. Very unfortunate. Also incredibly overpriced for subpar food. 22 for a ramen I could make from a bag at home. Ew. They said they’d give me something else since I was unhappy… to that I replied. No thank you. I’ll go elsewhere. Be careful wasting your money here!

The ramen bar is outstanding. The staff was kind and the service was swift. I ordered the Tonkostu red. The broth was flavorful, robust, and had a very pleasant spice. The pork was marbled well and cooked to perfection; juicy and tender. Chef's kisses** I will definitely be back!

Food was sub-par at most. Had the Sakura tonkatsu and honestly it was oily and the broth was filled with grease from the chashu. The broth had no taste, service was very lackluster. I didn’t bother finishing it and just walked away. Cashier didnt seem to care, I recommend going to the Thai stall to the left and get the Pad Thai. It was so much better and had more flavor!!!

Food was really great! I ordered the Chicken Shoyu and It was delicious! I ask the young lady Hope working there what I should order and she recommended it to me. Now I see why!
