Pretty food, but lacks flavor and soul. Don't get me wrong. It is good and plentiful. However, for the way it looks, it should have that "something" to make it pop. I get that it is in Phipps and many places from elsewhere (USA) doesn't really do seasoning well, but I ordered the Yuma (chicken, bacon, cheddar, grilled jalapenos, etc.) and it should be far more flavor than this! It should sing of flavor the way the ingredients alone have your mouthwatering! Sauces are pretty good, but I didn't come for the sauces. I'll say if you just want something to eat, not bad, but if you want something that makes the pallet sing this really ain't it.
I went here yesterday after sampling the chicken tenders. They were literally the best chicken tenders that I personally ever had! Don’t have pics to show because I ate them too fast lol. Every time I come to Phipps I’m going to stop here now. The other items look good as well. Can’t wait to try the wings and Buffalo chicken sandwich ?
I ordered 4 peace chicken tender and was serve this! I asked the young lady cashier why was I only given three pieces she sarcastically said that the small one was the 4th piece. This meal was not worth $11. I will never here again!! Work on your customer service skills and food quantity better!!
Called to place an order at 6:36 today (Monday) and was told that they were closed. A young lady answered the phone. I replied that you guys must are closing early today and she didn’t respond to me?! The hours of operation should really be updated because the website says 8:30pm and Google says 7pm. Never tried the restaurant but, already has a less than average experience with the unprofessionalism.
The tenders are never cooked properly. Tastes rubbery but the wings are ???
My food was delicious! I had the chicken sandwich and tried some wings. The wings were crispy and tasty and my chicken sandwich was hot and the bun was really good. My only problem was the wings leaked in the bag and juices wasted everywhere. They probably should have plastic bags versus the paper bags that can get leaked through. The good overall was delicious and the sauces tasted hand made.

Their chicken tenders should be called chicken fingers because they are literally the size of my fingers. Tastes okay, but yeah ..nah.
