I like Rita’s .. I really do. I’ve come to this location for a long time. Just now I took a good, ~long~ sip of my peach frozen drink to get the last of it out and felt a chunk. No big. Probably a piece of pulp or something. Flicked it on my tongue to taste it, and thought “weird it’s kinda crunchy and tasteless”. NOT PULP. It was someone’s dirty, yellow hangnail stuck between my teeth. I never get nauseous even from the grossest things but from this I almost puked in the passenger seat of my car. Accidents happen. I understand but I don’t think I can ever sip so confidently out of a straw again! I’m disgusted.. I’m appalled.. I’m scarred .. I wanna vomit just writing this. I’m brushing my teeth 6 times when I get home and then burning my toothbrush. No offense to the fingernail provider but my stomach is doing the cha cha slide right now. GROSS.
Very Clean, staff is courteous.Strawberry Lemonade and Mango was our favorite combination.Gelati was really good too if you like both custard and Italian ice.

Came here for a special day and was definitely not disappointed!!! So glad I could find a lil piece of home in my new home so far down south!!!. The staff were amazing and accommodating!!! They didn't have my fave Flav, BUT they definitely didn't disappoint and made everything perfect!!! Love Rita's and def will be back
