We brought 55 high school students to Georgia State University for a performance. Gabby took amazing care of our group order. They delivered our lunch to the university and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for everything Gabby!!

The salad looked good, but when I got back to work and looked at it closer. The bacon crumbles were burned.
Customer service appears be the thing of the past at this place. The staff is rude and does not know to address you. In addition, the prices are two high for what they are offering and not offering. Never again and don't waste your money or time!
Doors were open. Told Didnt open for 10 minutes. 10 minutes? really? I stopped being hungry, 10 minutes ago.

I'm honestly disappointed. I just saw a new note on the drink dispenser here at your location in the 777 building in Fort Worth stating that "due to health concerns" no outside cups can be used for refills. I've enjoyed your store for many years and being able to purchase a drink and refill with my personal insulated cup throughout the day. I guess the visit from the CEO when he asked me about that rubbed him the wrong way. He sees it as loosing profit since I'm not spending $2.00 per drink all day. Well, now they're losing any and all purchases from me. I can get a better and cheaper sandwich at many places in downtown and bring cans of diet coke from home.
Food is great, but this location is really slow and disorganized. Employees are interacting with each other while screwing up orders. This location should take some lessons from the downtown location, which is very well run. Don’t bother with location unless you have time to waste.
I believe this location is new? The staff did their best, but I think there were only 2 of them - not enough people for a lunch crowd. Nothing was available "grab n go". It took way too long to get the food out. Part of our order was ready, but we didn't know it & no one brought it too us (they gave us a # for the table). I didn't get my coffee until I asked for it after the food was ready. They were using a card table for the creamer/sugar, etc.. & no organization beyond a Dollar Store bin. Had to ask for toilet paper for bathroom. Needed a place to grab a quick bite to eat & this is not it, unless they can get themselves together and be ready to serve their customers
Food is okay but also usually missing something or wrong in some way. It’s frustrating, and I feel too bad to ask them to make my sandwich three times because they didn’t do what I asked the first two.
