Food service was not horrible. Several customers that were seated after us received their food before us. Some of the food we ordered was cold. We spoke with the manager; which was a waste of time. The manager was very unconcerned, and offered only excuses.
The food was delicious... service was amazing as our waitress was very attentive. The vibe and atmosphere was pleasant. Walked right in and was seated. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and looking forward to visiting again soon. Thanks!
Onion rings were decent, the wings I did enjoy, and that's where it stops. Not an easy spot to find, and the rest of the food was a bit lackluster. I've been underwhelmed recently, and this is another one on that list.
First, we were waiting for more than 1 hour until our orders arrived. Second, the waiter didn't bring the bill until we had paid. Wonder why? My guess is this: we didn't know the restaurant charges a 20% gratuity for orders of more than 100 usd or groups of 5 or more. So he wanted an additional tip, besides the gratuity. I will never go back.
I loved restaurant 10. The ambience, the service, the food and the music they play. I am in love with the restaurant everything was delicious. The cornbread is always my absolute favorite. ð¯ð¥°
Food decentâ¦.cleanliness decent. Service decent. Wasnât blown away
Great food, great service, diner level ambiance and noise level. Nothing fancy, but clean, bright, and loud. My only frustration was that they had no idea that we had made a reservationâ¦but the dining room had plenty of open tables so it wasnât a problemâ¦but on a busy day it might have been a problemâ¦so even if you make a reservation, call ahead!!
We made reservations for July 12. The place is close to home and it had good reviews. The staff was great. Our server was very attentive and sweet. The place was more of a local spot. The ambiance wasn't good for us. If the food were good, it would have erased all things I wrote above, but it wasn't. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. We ordered Philly cheesesteaks. They were regular at best and not eaten. Publix makes better. The drinks were expensive and watery. I won't be back
Hip/crunk bar & restaurant next door to Mercedes-Benz stadium.THE BAD: All of the draft beer was out, so I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea (pictured). There was no alcohol whatsoever. My wife ordered the ATL United Punch. It took 30 minutes & me asking twice about it, for it to arrive (it came out as I was asking them to take it off the check). There was no alcohol at all; my wife took 2 sips, I took 1 and we left it there. It was that bad. I complained ad nauseam to our waitress about the drinks, showed her the drinks, told her I was going to write a review, but their policy is "they don't remake drinks & there's no refunds". This place is in operation because of location, music selection, & the guests (make it somewhat lively). The broccoli was immensely oily/buttery. I had a $75 bill that I should've paid only $45 for; the customer service was beyond poor when your consumers have to continuously ask for their dipping sauces, the drink they ordered, & the poor quality of the aforementioned drinks. There was no rectifying the problem nor was there even an attempt to remediate it.THE GOOD: The wings were saucy, crispy, & juicy. The fries were well seasoned & crisp.
The food was cold when we got it. Overall experience was terrible.
