We’ve been coming to Red and Green for about 3 years atleast twice a year. We always recommended Red and Green to our local friends and family. This last experience was not as pleasant as usual. To start, the waiters took their time bring more cuts of meat to our table. They wouldn’t bring us more bread. But overall we we’re enjoying each other’s company so we just made the best of it. Once we decided we were tired of waiting for more food, we asked for the check. The taxes we $20 and the gratuity $45 a total of $65. We paid the bill and even tipped on top of the $45 gratuity. 2 days later I noticed they charged me $115 on my credit card smh. That’s an additional $50. When I called them about it, they suggested I left them a $50 tip and don’t remember because I was drunk. Completely false and completely dishonest. Id never go back to this place again.
This place is the first and only Brazilian style steakhouse I’ve visited. Needless to say, I’ll never go to an Outback or a Longhorn again. All you can eat, premium protein fare for a Reasonable price.Staff is friendly, professional, ambience is classy and the interior is upscale. Wait staff was incredible, never looked for a waiter one time, he was always there bringing the next item to the table. Don’t miss Red and Green, get your steak fix here. 5 stars.
Read a lot of the reviews positive and negative about the place, and almost didn’t go there today.Salad Bar is alright…..it could use some improvement but I liked that they offered Caesar Salad.So then the meat…..they only had one or two meats going around at first and we were like OH HELL I hope the negative reviews weren’t correct and we’re already here and next thing we know we had to turn our cards over because they were passing by so much meat we couldn’t put anymore on our plates!Definitely had a better experience than Fogo De Chao but I didn’t like they added the tip on to the check. It was 18% and I’d given more but I make it a point that if the restaurant doesn’t trust me to tip well all they get is what’s on the paper.
Waste of money , asked for medium rare meat was served well done steak instead that was super chewy and beyond salty I drank about 3 to 4 glasses of water to stay hydrated , lots of the meat wasn't even that tasty as all u could taste where the seasoning and not the actual meat its self which takes away from the quality of the meat. A good steak doesn't need to much seasoning just a pinch and it's good. And to make matters worse ended up having bad diarrhea the next day from the meal , I'll deff not be coming back the whole thing was over priced for a meal that wasn't even that good . What a rip.
The filet only came out once. The flavor was not very good. The best thing I had was a pork rib. The cuts off meat were not the best. Many of them were a little tough and chewy.The salad bar was very skimpy. We were there 20 minutes before they refilled the caesar salad.I was not impressed at all. I do not recommend this place.
I went in with my expectations too high by comparing it to previous Brazilian restaurants I have been to. I am use to seeing the meat being cooked and meat servers with Brazilian attire on. They quality of the food was not that of places I have been. Some of the meats such as the sausage and chicken legs were a little on the dry side. There weren't as many options on the salad bar but the ones they had were good.The food and experience was not bad, it was just mediocre. If you have never had Brazilian before, this is a great place to start.
Service and food was really good. So much verity and the staff is amazing. If you got a good chunk of money to spend I highly recommend coming here!
This was my first time visiting and I will be back! The wait staff was excellent. Attentive and accommodating. I never got a meat at our table that wasn’t the temp we requested. Everything was hot and fresh and seasoned well.
First we purchased 5 Groupons for a dinner and bottle of wine. We arrived 5 couples only to be told only 1 can be used per party. Scam. The salad bar was horrible and very limited . Once we sat down the food started coming one after the other. The rump beef, chicken wrapped bacon and Garlic bread was very good, the rest should have stayed in the kitchen. We kept our cards on “Green” and waited over 25 mins before we finally flagged someone down to bring more meat we liked. The grilled Pineapple was also good. In the end it cost $156 per couple, which is not worth it. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere . This play will rip you off and hurry to get you out when it wasn’t crowded to begin with.
