What's not to love about Proof of the Pudding. Easily one of the best caterers around. They always knock it out of the park with presentation and quality of food and service. They are always at the top of the mind when looking for event caterers. It's always a pleasure working with their sales and operations teams. Total professionals.
There are certainly things I could complain about as far as the service went our wedding night, but the big issue was the final cost.We went with proof of the pudding because they provided a much cheaper quote than their competitors. Well, once the event rolled around and the final quote was delivered, all of a sudden additional costs appeared that bumped up the price by THOUSANDS. Discounts they offered us were no longer applied, and somehow they needed double the staff than was originally quoted.Do not go with Proof of the Pudding just for the price, because they’re going to find a way to nickel and dime you in the end.
Ordered Gourmet to Go from this company. The food was SO good and it was plenty for the group. Roxana was super helpful and sweet when we were organizing everything.
