7/30/22 Rude and unprofessional young females at the window. If they not happy with their job they need to stay home. Maybe it was the leadership that was there on hand. Who's the blame. Even when they're not busy they should always look busy. Not standing around looking clueless.
Honestly 1 star Is modesty this place has top tier bad customer service and the managers allow it because they give the same customer service. I went and ordered food and asked for mashed potatoes and even added a extra one they didn't have my beverage so I got a coke. Luckily I checked my bag no spoon. I go back around and tell the young lady and she says "oh we don't have spoons" so nobody was going to tell me no spoons but glady told me they were out of my beverage. I say "well how else am I supposed to eat my food" she laughs and say "I don't know" but this is the only location that I receive this kind of service and they have been having this go on for years. Definitely time for a remodelingbof employees. I'd rather be served by robots at this point.
This Popeye's Chicken was hot delicious everything was served hot and fresh the cashier was very courteous kept us updated on what we were waiting on so communication went well I would recommend this Popeyes because the food was fresh customer service was awesome and the property was clean the inside is closed so just to drive through is open but it was not a bad experience it was a great experience because we did not wait long and the food was fresh five stars for me for this Popeyes Chicken
I am from New Orleans and I am so disgusted with the food and poor service. I ordered a 4 piece and the food was cold, no flavor at all, the portion for the sides are cut in half and the service is slow. Never again will I recommend or spend my money here again..
Went to Popeyes food great drive thru cashier was rude, nasty and should not be a cashier interacting with people. That is how some ppl lose it. Don’t hire them if they don’t want to work with a better attitude
Takes way to long, and it just wasn't a good experience. After being in line for 54mins, they told me that the apple pies I ordered would take another 4 minutes, and pull over a park and they would bring them out. Waited another minutes, then I left.
2022 living after Covid has been hard on everyone so you guys should really get signage outside of the store indicating whether or not your lobby is open. The line is always wrapped into the street. It would be helpful to know from the street how you are facilitating mobile orders as well.
Lady @the window was loud and mean,I ordered a two can dine dinner and the chicken was dry ? I ordered mild so it wouldn't be because for some reason the spicy ? be dry and extra crispy! One of my chicken breast that I paid extra for, looked like it was cut in half. Also I asked for honey ? for my biscuits and when I made it to CUZos house to eat there wasn't any biscuits in my chicken box!? this is a place that I will never ever return to to spend my money in Atlanta!
I would give them no stars if I could. A few weeks ago food and drinks were bought from here only to find bugs in it. I have pictures to prove it. I called the store and the phone just rang. I called corporate and spoke with someone. They said they would start a case. They said they would be in contact with me and someone would give me a call. This was a lie. My money was never an option to be refunded. And I never received a call back. I passed this location the other and business is going as usual. I know i won’t be visiting any of there locations ever again, and I will continuously spread the word about my experience. If you eat there, please check your food.
I got the chicken sandwich which wasn't ready by the time I got to the window. They told me to pull up and wait which took at least ten minutes to get my food. Which seems like a long time for fat food. The food was good which I appreciated but they always seem to take forever to have the food ready.
