Absolutely unprofessional. Customer service was awful. I had a question about one of the combos… they still had the headset on and proceeded to blow and make a smart remark. At the window my total was different than what was told in the line.. questioned it and got a whole attitude. Worst out of town experience ever!!! I will never visit this establishment again!!!
6/29: I ordered my food online. I arrived, had to wait in the drive-thru line because the inside of the store was closed. We were not given any explanation. I had already paid online. My chicken was dry, my biscuit was hard. The fries were good and hot, though.

Worst nightmare experience ever. Too bad I can't give negative 5 stars. What I will say is, Don't ever go here after the night shift takes over. This location is horribly managed -- they always run out of chicken 2 hours before closing!!! They also falsely advertise all around the building, and online, products they don't sell, then after waiting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes to get your online order that you ordered an hour earlier, they tell you not only did the guy before you get the last of the chicken, but they cannot process a refund for you either. They seriously need to compensate me for my wasted time and gas, if they expect to get any more business from me.
The food is great, the employees on the other hand need to work on their customer relations practice. I'm guessing it was the manager she was very rude and had to wait on my food and it was missing an item and the employee that prepped it went to get the missing item and her reply was I don't care they can wait.
Great spicy chicken sandwiches. Waiters had an “attitude” - but other times they have been friendly, so may have just been Abbasid day. Long lines and hard to drive in and out of. But that sandwich is with the wait!
The person taking orders was very rude. Once we received our food the order was incorrect I was visiting from out of town. Southern hospitality did not exist at this location!
Absolutely disgusting. The tenders aren’t juicy, they are skinny with barely any chicken to eat. The biscuit was undercooked. They forgot my rice and the fries weren’t fresh. I usually go to Chick-fil-A or Zaxby’s and that’s where I wish I went today. I tried calling them too, but they didn’t answer. I won’t be back. The only good thing was my sweet tea.
May God bless the young man that was the cashier tonight that was working the closing shift on May 10, 2022. To the decision makers please give this young man a raise. He was working tirelessly and working really hard to get the line down, doing so with a smile. My apologies for not getting his name.
The line was long but service was fast. The chicken sandwich was delicious and was served the way I asked, without mayo. The lady double checked that she handed me the right soda.
