Love the spicy chicken, red beans and rice and biscuit... This place is the best chicken restaurant anywhere.
Line was wrapped out into the hallway, but we decided to order anyways. Super inefficient system. Ordered in one line, got into second line to pay, but they had to punch it all back into their system again, then another line to get drinks. Of course all five orders had something wrong. Fries were cold, mac & cheese was mushy, and didn’t hold the mayo on one sandwich, wrong number of tenders on three orders. Find some place else to go, unless you just have to have chicken.
Fast Service. Delicious Food. Airport Prices as expected. Will come again next time I’m in the ATL!
Love Popeyes but I was frustrated with my experience at this location at the Atlanta airport in concourse B with a worker. I requested for more honey sauce after getting my food and the lady told me to go back to the line to ask the cashier. I found it very rude and inconsiderate since the sauce packets were right behind her & I obviously didn’t have time to wait in line again since I had a flight to make afterwards.Overall, the food was good and we did get our food quicker which was appreciated but please enforce a better customer service.
Good price- not just because it's an airport, but the price really was good. The ladies working there were really helpful, the food was hot and tasted great. Just down the same hallway there's a Freshens Frozen Yogurt and they are trash. But Popeye's was great.
Management on top of QC out here. Impressed for airport. Small place for what they do. Almost as if foodtruck. Be decisive & specific when ordering for easier service experience. Could seriously use a dining area. Popeyes can be smelled as you enter concourse B.
U spend 15 dollars for food and they want to charge you 57 cents for some dipping sauce. What a joke!!! I come to this airport twice a month and I'll never eat Popeyes ever again. 2 billion dollar company and they wanna charge for some dipping sauce lmao
Ugh disgusting. No good customer service, no proper procedure and No sense of urgency. The crew is way overstaffed to get the job right. Fries sitting on top of the warmer inside the container knowing it only last for 3 minutes then they put it on the bird cages. Putting old chicken on top of fresh off the grease chicken. Recycling tenders and put on top of the new ones. You guys cannot put half cold tenders either cmon now yall. Improper procedure on flouring and battering on the chicken products. Improper way on making the sandwich, should be mayo on top to bottom of buns, nobody wants a dry sandwich and fillet must be knuckle rolled. Fillet needs to be batter flour more and use the right amount 8qts water for 2 buttermilk bags of flour. Chicken meat was not cook all the way. Warmers are turned off. Biscuits are pale and not cooked enough, dry buttered biscuits and have to be double brushed on it. Way enough people after hot times but still have a long line. When people come to this store, You have to make these people feel full before they step into this restaurant for their long journey.
Staff was incredibly rude for no reason after I waited 20min for a cold chicken sandwich that cost $12. Incredible that this place is allowed to operate in a major airport. Complete joke
Wild attitudes. Also chose not to give me my fries and biscuit without telling me, asked if I’d settle for some rice or mashed potatoes instead. It’s cool to be moody, I guess, but maybe let people know they’re not going to receive what they paid for? Just a suggestion. Shorty whose name name rhymes with Alicia was rolling her eyes too. Smile. It helps.
