Sat in the drive thru from 7pm until 745, without even placing an order! I was only about 4 cars back from the speaker, so I figured it wouldn't take long. Little did I know, there's NO WAY TO LEAVE THE LINE ONCE YOUR IN IT!Don't let these people waste your time, GO INSIDE if you gotta have it!
Definitely was not expecting this location to be as nasty as it was! I’m highly disappointed! Then I get back to work and my food look like this inside ????????
Hot fresh food. Lack of customer service skills. No napkins...clearly you should not have to request napkins and if so please don't present an attitude when you have to provide them. There's definitely a way to deliver fast and courteous service simultaneously.
Man, this was my first not so good experience at this Popeyes?. Went to the Drive thru, and waited in line for about 20 min., that's long if you're hungry?. Get to the window, and the young lady says, after speaking, "They won't have any Chicken ready for 30 minutes" I'm like huhhhh, so not cool. My thing is, it would have made more since to maybe have someone at the beginning of the line, making that announcement ?, so you have a choice and NOT get stuck in the line. Anywho, just saying. ✌?
SloooooowwwwwwwwThe worst thing about it, once you pull into the drive thru you’re trapped and doomed to ponder on the mistake you made for the next 30 mins - to an hour. NO ESCAPE, JUST MISERY!!!
I have mixed feelings about this location. Food is consistently good but they seem to close on their own schedule. I have gone before at 7:30 only to be told we are no longer selling chicken or we closed. Ummm you all suppose to still be open via the hours posted on the outside. While I was there the other day, the drive thru line was long as usual so I decided to go in. After I parked and came inside someone did the same. The person at the cash register told another employee, come up here and lock this door we ain’t letting no one else come in today, they need to go through the drive thru. Oh this was 4 in the afternoon. She then proceeds to tell me they are tired and haven’t had a break and didn’t feel like being bothered with others coming inside. I just kind of laughed to myself and thought whoever owns this franchise can not be concerned about profit by the way they allow the employees to run this place. Again food is good but good luck going when the employees decide to have it open or feel like serving chicken….
This place is slower than molasses. Doing a mobile order saves you absolutely no time since they lock the doors and force people to sit in long drive through lines. Get to the window and what do you know? The food still wasn't ready. It was over 5 mins before anyone said a word to me at the window. Instead the employees were arguing with each other about getting help. The manager was busy "sweeping" a closed lobby.
Very unprofessional and trifling attitudes. When my order was handed to me and I looked at my bag and noticed that I didn’t have my sauce. So I had requested some sauce and the young lady informed me that the outside of it was wet and just handed it to me and walked away. She didn’t try to wipe it off prior to handing it to me. She went to get her some paper towels and came back to the window. I looked in my bag and there weren’t any napkins so I had ask for some. All received was attitude without any apology.for the pack of the sauce being wet. By the way it was not just wet whatever to container she got it from had a open or broken packet because it red sauce all over the sauce packets that she handed me. The biscuit was hard and there weren’t 12 nuggets actually in the box so I felt very cheated and disgusted with the food and service that I received
First, at 9:20pm on a Saturday, they "dont got nothing but mash potatoes and red beans abd rice, with an attitude". Then, the chicken leg looks like a chicken wing and i still received just two in my 5pc box. And lastly, why give and send out coupons if you can't use them in drive thru. Still had to pay more and get the attitude. Oh and my spicy chicken was salty chicken??
Didn't have what I ordered after I already paid and didn't offer to replace it with anything of equal value. Also took a solid 20 minutes to get through a 10 car line. So much for fast food.
