There was so much mayo on the sandwich I couldn’t eat it. Went to ti back and was treated super rudely and got hey were out of napkins
The service is awful. I had to wait 20 minute for chicken. Then they forgot to bring it out to me. Didn't have any Cajun rice. Once the forgot to put a pie that I ordered in my bag.
Only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had too! They are extremely slow, unprofessional, and always “pulling cars up” because they are “on a timer!” This particular Popeye’s worker told me “the inside was close, drive through only” but yet people were on the inside sitting down eating! I went through drive through for my order and they told me to pull over they will bring the food out, which is why I tried to go on the inside from the beginning! I refused to pull over because corporate or whomever owns this location SHOULD KNOW how long people are actually waiting for their food! It’s ridiculous! This Popeye’s worker told me that all of a sudden they couldn’t find my order, even after they had already confirmed the order! Mindful this Popeye’s worker was sitting down in the lobby on her phone before her superiors called her to the window. I honestly feel if the woman was worried about their “timer” that she had spoken of, then why were you no assistance to your superiors, helping push out orders, because remember you all are on a . . .“timer!” Further on, she still continued to say that they couldn’t find the order, but I could tell she was dumbfounded because they were behind on everyone’s order, and they had OVER 5 cars pulled to the side, but remember this same Popeye’s worker was on her phone sitting down in the lobby when she first told me “the inside was closed, drive through only” I know for a fact they had my order but this Popeye’s worker was so prideful and hateful, that she rather LIE and REFUSE to release an order that had already been paid for, because I refused to pull over. Someone on the inside of that restaurant was not doing their job which is why they were well behind on orders! That was the most unprofessional and rudely behavior I had ever witnessed in my life and I was in extreme shock and disbelief to see that this type of discrimination still exits among us til this day! I then contacted my employer to aware them of the situation because the food had already been paid for! My employer quickly re-routed the situation and I was on my way! Being unprofessional while working for someone else, in their place of business will definitely decrease sales and profits and possibly even cause the business to shut down for good! Dear Popeyes, you all have to do better!
My order was completely wrong. I ordered the 5 piece survival couch and a large Mac n cheese. The girl was so busy on her phone she gave me mild and a small Mac n cheese. She should spend less 6 time on the phone and more time doing her job
We checked our bag of food at the drive thru window before driving off for home. We were very disappointed to see that our order in the bag was missing 2 items even though our cash receipt showed that we had paid for the 2 missing items. We told the lady at the window that we're missing a large order of beans and rice as well as a biscuit. The workers did give us the two items but no apology was given. I felt that was very rude of them. So, please check all your orders before moving out the way for another customer nonmatter whether you're inside and/or outside at the drive thru window.
Horrible customer service.I didn’t receive the sauce I asked for, napkins, a straw, or utensils. When I initially asked for napkins I was told they didn’t have any as another employee picked some up from directly in front of the window attendee.
Just another Popeyes. But they can be confusing at times in how to pick up orders if you used their app to order food. Just ask the same question more than once and you’ll be ok. If they had signs up about it and check in process they’ve 5 stars for me.Food is great here.
Best kept secret in town. The staff was so great and nice and were even concerned when I came back around in line even though I only needed a sauce. Wouldn't happen at any other Popeyes in the city I don't think
I raised the stars from four to five because it was a five star experience. The location on Anvil Block made us go to this location because this location give superior service over that location thai. is closer to my home. I will travel foe much better service. Thank Moreland Ave.
What can you say is papa's is clean as drive thru's rather fast,. food pretty much always OK. Although at times it does get aggravating to have to sit in line to get your food which most places are starting to open backup again.
