Food was ok, but the service too bad they didn't give us any ketchup or hot sauce,no napkins,the waiting time took 12 minutes in the drive true from the speaker to the window. Definitely never come back to this location
Some of the best fast food fried chicken I've ever had. Biscuits and Mac n cheese were excellent as well
This store is offering a limited menu and some of the dishes are underwhelming. This is a management issue. The staffers themselves were fantastic and handled themselves professionally. My work crew came in swamping the store with 12 people at once. They handled the orders competently and swiftly. This crew is the greatest. Now if the decision makers would just let this store be what they can be and get the ingredient quality up! The picture is of what they call butterfly shrimp.
The manager at Popeye at store #2113 should remove.The one with the blonde long braids. She have a long nasty attitude. She shouldn't be in a leader position if she don't know to deal situation. And this Popeye location really need to be closed down.FYI= Restaurant Report Card = CBS46 really need to come to establishment and do an undercover Investigation on this place.
Unacceptably slow AF. Employees are too lazy to bring your food out to you, which causes the line to back up unnecessarily. Pointless to order ahead of time for pick up because you still have to go through the slow drive through line regardless. This place would go out of business in a non-minority neighborhood.
I said 3 times at the drive through 1 classic chicken sandwich and 1 classic flounder sandwich. I get to the window and the lady says 1 spicy chicken and 1 spicy flounder sandwich. I told her no I said classic back there 3 times. So then she says so 1 classic chicken sandwich and 1 spicy flounder? NO! Both of them classic. Then the lady who appeared to be the manager in the background screams over to me you ordered and repeated back the entire order the wrong way and looked annoyed I was correcting her. If they are making repeated mistakes like this I can see why the drive through line is so long and moves so slow. I'll just got on back to Church's across the street.
I love Popeyes chicken. I visited my local Popeyes Louisana Kitchen #2113 on Cascade Rd yesterday Apr. 1, 2022. Had not been there in several months due to previous issues with food but decided to try again. I did not expect, even though it was April Fool's, to get "fooled". I was wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a 2-piece dark spicy snack. Paid for my food at the register. Noticed I was charged $4.49 for the sandwich advertised for $3.99 (see photos). Ask for manager after cashier ignored my concern. She pretended she had no idea what I was talking about. I would gladly have accepted an "I'm sorry, the sign is old. We will remove it now." I took the picture to remind Popeyes that that false advertising is a crime. My chicken sandwich was good, however, to add insult to injury, when I got home my chicken order was wrong. Instead of a 2-piece dark I was given 2-piece mixed, the food was cold and tasteless. This is not the first or second time II have experienced issues with this location. I just want quality food and service in my neighborhood. ? Popeyes should really look into this location, as they don't represent the Popeyes brand.
We have been eating at this Popeye’s every Thursday for 2 years and now because they have a new manager, they have closed the lobby!! Whoever it is is whack!! We drive heavy equipment that won’t fit in the drive through!! Losing money and customers with this new management!! Kudos to Linda!! They should have made her the manager!!
They selling spoil chicken. That chicken has a spoil smell when I bite into the chicken then 3 min later I threw up all that chicken I check the rest of it. It has a ordor like spoil smell. Then the people's up there rude is hell . I will not go back to cascade ever
Service is horrible...I counted three managers! One was yelling at employees to leave because they were off duty, all while conducting an interview. One was walking around talking about people and doing nothing. The third was sitting at a table, taking up space, pretending to work on his computer. Staff were rude, unprofessional, served other employees food before customers. And even got my order wrong. Never again
