I stopped at this location to grab a quick bite to eat. There was only 2 cars in front of me so I didn't expect a long wait. I finally made it to the window and paid for my meal. Only to have to sit there 15 mins at the window before getting my food. I noticed a big group of employees including managers standing around talking. Not once did anyone come to the window to address me after taking my payment. It wasn't until I started blowing my horn did a young man finally come over. I asked what the reason was for the delay. He said oh we are doing shift change so everyone has to wait. I said why do I need to wait because my payment was on the last till. I just need someone to hand me my food. Then he says he cant find my order. So now they are yelling trying to see if anyone knew what I ordered. Meantime I still never got an apology. Finally got my food and made it home. Only to discover all my food wasn't there. This was very disappointing. Won't ever go back here. And if you do choose to go here check your food before you leave .
Very busy and the line moved slow in drive thur and there were people outside in drive thur asking the customer for money and when we did get up there too order our food and got it it was cold,dry and stail
First of all how you have something advertised and then say oh we don't do it anymore?? Family meal for $24.99 and 12 shrimps for $3.99 and then say oh we don't do it anymore? Corporate are listening??? If you advertise something you must honor the customer's request or take it down that is FALSE ADVERTISING and if it's part of the promotion how do you honor half but not the other half?
Food do not taste like popeyes no more. Besides there menu being more expensive now and there service suck. We are Done with popeye on Westend not sure....Might I say might try else where out very far to see if recipe has changed for sure one day
The absolute worst service I’ve ever received… placed an order online. And still had to wait over an hour once I got there to pick it up. This ditzy staff didn’t even start making it until 15 minutes after I got there to pick it up. THEY DO NOT CARE HERE! No one was accountable and I couldn’t get anyone to give me their name (NO NAME TAGS) I’m actually still waiting on my order as I’m writing this…
Very cold fries, the frozen strawberry lemonade drink was warm and had no slush at all. They tried to hide it in a big large white Popeyes cup. When I noticed they then told me they just refilled the machine. This is something that they could have told me from the beginning. My wife has cold Cajun rice and hard biscuits!!!! Very disappointed ?
Ate here about 2 weeks ago. Not sure if the grease was bad, but it upset my husband and my stomach, normally we don't have that issue at Popeyes
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST POPEYES TO GIVE TOUR MONEY TO! THE POOREST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ONE CAN GET!! I ordered online, got there in 7 minutes, waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes, told the worker at the speaker I was picking up a order, got to the window was told they just pulled my ticket, was asked to pull up, waited 8 minutes more only to get shrimp that were old dry and hard. Horrible, slow ,rude, bad coleslaw
This location should be CLOSED! The inside is NEVER open and like most places in this area the drive through is unbelievable. I waited over 30 minutes to pick up an order for door dash. Don’t waste your time coming here, you would think I’m they would be able to get the orders out at a decent pace considering the chicken should be cooked already. I wish I could give this place negative stars.
