What can I say? It's Popeyes, the chicken is finger licking good.However at this location, the service was friendly, courteous and fast.The restroom was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the meal.Totally recommend.
Very Bad Customer Service it's like the staff aim to give bad service and bad food! I was just here the other day and order the flounder fish sandwich combo to be made fresh and hot! The staff was very unfriendly and rude! When I got my order fish sandwich and fries was all Soggy and Cold! Its like they purposely Messed up my order!
We went to try the new flounder sandwich and we weren't disappointed. I will say it didn't look like the commercial, but the fish was crispy, moist and filled the whole brioche bun. The tartar sauce and special sauce work well together and gives you fish a bit of kick. I didn't think I'd like the pickles, but it gave a cool crunch factor to the sandwich. Bun was what a brioche bun should be. All in all, one of the better fast-food fish sandwiches I've had. Recommend it.
I went through the drive-thru and wasn't disappointed with the service at all. I ended up getting the big box and upgraded to add the pie and drink per the cashier's suggestion. The cashier was very excited when I agreed to the upgrade and served with a smile. There is nothing about this experience that I would change and I would definitely be going back in the future.
Pretty good. Not sure what all the hype was about. Chicken was good except for the breasts. Those were dry as heck. Mac n cheese was fine, fries were soggy but had good seasoning. I would go again only if it was my only quick option.
Came when it opened, Food was fresh, customer service was nice. They for some reason, hands down make better chicken sandwhiches than their other locations... Every time.
Dining area was closed but can't and don't hold that against any business nowadays. Stay in drive thru close to 40 mins but again,..it's to be expected. Friendly young lady took my order. The food was great and my order was accurate.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich through DoorDash from this Popeye's location. While the fries and drink were both good, the entrée was poorly prepared. Rather than being a delicious piece of fried chicken, it was simply a very large piece of a crust in a bun with some sauce. It would be recommended to maybe try a different location.
Pulled up at 11:25pm. They are supposed to close at 12. No one came to the intercom to even say that they were closed. I drove around to the window and 3 people were inside talking to each other. One looked up at me and then just walked away. Finally another one came over and yelled through the closed window (with a mask on) so I couldn't really tell what they were saying. I yelled back "What time do you close?" She just looked at me and walked off. To the manager, if your sales are down then it's probably because of the crew who was working on Tuesday, Dec 21st at 11:30pm. They need to be retrained on customer service!
Terrible service. Chicken strips were cold and old. Service was terrible and had to listen to a cashier yell at another customer in front of me. Whatever the reason, you don't yell at a customer. The female customer was calm and was asking questions. I didn't hear any insults coming from the customer but all insults came from the cashier. I wish I would have recorded it. Terrible.
