Customer service is terrible. I asked and payed for dark meat and they gave me white meat and when I went to tell them they said they couldn’t change it out even though I had already paid. I order fried plantains and they were burnt and the workers said they aren’t burnt when I had showed them another plate they gave me and it was burnt. Same deal they said they weren’t going to change it.
Horrible location Horrible management. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and they completely messed up gave us undercooked chicken missing sides and we went right before closing. I call in the next day the manager was acting like he doesn't speak English and kept asking the same questions over and over I'm very disappointed in my experience here because the one in los Angeles is amazing can't say the same for the Georgia locations
Very Fast Service, Very Clean Store. Very delicious Food and for 2 people it was very Affordable. I would eat here again anytime.
Food is delicious and always hot. The customer service is fair. If the manager takes your order service is Exceptional. The other cashiers are fair. They barely greet you, if at All. Improving customer service would give them 5 stars. The food and management are Great.

Grew up eating this chicken back in Los Angeles. It's originally from central America. Guatemala I think. They were a rarity back in the day in LA. I got some whenever I had a chance/parents went to La Curacao. I travel the whole south and it's always the same. People falling in love with the chicken. Last year I stopped by one in Virginia and when I bit the chicken, it splashed juice in my face. Not grease. Juice!!! KFC, Church's, Popeyes, and Bojangles have never made their chicken do that. Do yourself a favor people and try.*As a side note. I would like to see more Latino store operators or area managers. Seems they always have old white people that don't speak a word of spanish walking the stores pulling the strings, making the big decisions. They are very friendly though.
Very good chicken love they corn salad is good food for fair price, ( for been fast food, don't expect a Micheline star please)
This was my first time trying Pollo Campero, but definitely will not be my last. Good food. Better than all the other fast food chicken places. The Yucca fries were great! The chicken was hot and fresh.
I was working as an Ubereats driver and did a pick up here. I had two bags to pick up, one was ready and the other was a 3 to 5 minutes delay. The staff gave me a free 2pc and a biscuits with a drink. The staff is great and the food is very good.I highly recommend great chicken, beans coleslaw, salads, etc...
