I absolutely love this place especially it’s ambience. I’ve been seeing so many negative reviews and I was very skeptical at first but after going there to see for myself I’m very pleased.
This is somewhat a late review but I have a great experience each time. My visit was on a rainy Sunday. Each employee was very attentive and accommodating. The cashier was very patient as I can be indecisive sometimes. I want to say her name was Angel (sorry if I’m wrong!) The music was right up my alley and was a great addition to the tasty açaí bowls
I've been going here every week for the past two weeks. I love their bowls, so great! Although I get the same bowl every time (dragon fruit with berries, granola and honey)! If you haven't been you should certainly go!
I see someone else complained about rude staff. Headquarters needs to address this immediately. Your employees cannot talk to customers any kind of way and then gaslight them about a wrong order. I’m literally looking at my wrong order and your employee over the phone literally told me that I am wrong. Insane! Also had items missing. Please do some customer service training! Not putting up with rude employees when I spend $50 for some fruit mashed up in a bowl.
What a neat treat at a great location. Lots of healthy fruity dessert options here. My choice was the Dragonberry bowl, which was loaded with fresh fruit, granola, coconut and honey. Really refreshing. Lots of other choices too. Super friendly and helpful workers. Reasonable prices for the quality. Very clean inside.
We got 3 different bowls, with 2 of them having a “mixed base” and they were all amazing!The overall vibe of the interior and the staff is also one I enjoyed — very laid-back, yet still professional.Finding the location was a bit tricky at first for us (as Google Maps took us behind the building), but once we called and asked where the best place to park was, we were given the address to the perfect parking area and then we easily found it.
this place used to be amazing but since the pandemic it has seriously declined. we just had a terrible experience with the workers, especially the female manager with braces. she was extremely rude, unhappy to help with any requests, they made us a terrible tasting smoothie and refused to sweeten it or remake it for us, and they wouldn’t even allow us to use our preexisting rewards there. I’m def not coming back for their sh*t tasting smoothies or energy. yikes
I’ve been to this location multiple times. I walk on the Beltline for about 3 miles and stop by after to cool off, and I always get the electric mermaid.
Great spot to refresh yourself after a walk on the Atlanta Beltline! I enjoyed the Pink Pataya smoothie and look forward to trying a bowl next time. Service was fast and the customer service was great too!
This place is so delicious! Great bowls that are sweet and healthy. I love the dragon berry bowl. Located on the beltline so after a nice walk or run these are amazing !
