Great, friendly service! Food was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Nice variety of authentic Indian food and very flavorful. 5+ stars all the way around. Will be back for sure!
Orders never SHOW! Called and they accused me of cancelling my order. Cashier hung up when I asked for a manager. VERY BAD service.
Ordered through Grubhub - wish i had read reviews - Planet Bombay uses their own drivers, so they can't be tracked, but you aren't told that until after your order is placed.. Food is over an hour late, and still not here. So many people on GH complained about the food being delivered really late - my bad for not checking the reviews. I can't believe people are still ordering from this restaurant! I know we won't give them our money again!
Excellent food very courteous and hospitable management. I recently visited this place from out of town and had dinner there, ordered chicken jalfrezi butter chicken and chilly chicken. The food was more than enough for four people. Very tasty. Highly recommended.
Some of the most authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese food in Atlanta. We have been going to this place for years before it moved to its new location down the street near Church/S.Vegan/Joysticks game bar. The Thalis are amazing with such a wonder vegetarian selection and meat too. Our desert was tasty and just the right size. We go here often for the fabulous food
The food was very good. I had the veggie and chicken marsala with nane bread. Also great atmosphere. And baboo was a good host
The food I ordered was so good I just know everything else on the menu is too! Probably the best Indian food in Atlanta. Can't wait to come again and get the chicken biriyani!
Whether it is dine in or take out, the customer service and cuisine is always consistent! Still the best tasting Indian food in Atlanta hands down. I've been with them since when they were previously located at Little Five Points and typically things change you would think something may change with the change in locations. Not Planet Bombay. The food is still phenomenal! See you all soon!
We ordered from Bombay last night and for whatever reason we received the wrong order. We called right away and not only did they let us keep the order that we received, they corrected the error by redoing our order for us. Awesome customer service ? As an added benefit, we got to try a couple of new things we’d not had before and will order again! This is quickly becoming my favourite Indian Delivery spot in the city :)
