I would like to say that I am so please with the customer service I received from this company. I ordered a cake via Door Dash. When I got it, it was only a slice of cake. I was immediately upset because it was intended for a celebration at my job. However I called and within minutes the issue was resolved. The company sent another delivery driver out and kept me informed of when my cake was going to arrive. I appreciate that it did not take much and they ensured that the mistake made on their end was fixed. I give this place 5 stars because my coworkers enjoyed the cake. It was incredibly moist and the customer service was remarkable. Thanks! I will be ordering again!

I usually really enjoy this place, with how pretty and clean it is. There are HUGE fruit flies in the case living their best life and dying in the cupcakes in the front case. Perching right on the icing, bleh. Please beware as they are not doing much about it. Its so gross. Try the location by Doc Greens instead, so much cleaner there.
Young Lady Saturday 25 around 120pm had a nasty attitude. Please humble yourself and find another job that doesn’t have to do with customer service. Like what u have a attitude for!
I used to love this place but the quality and service has deteriorated significantly. The ordered a 1/2 dozen cupcakes and they were all severely dry and almost inedible. In addition the costumer service was not great. I had already ordered and paid for my cupcakes ahead of time. The lady at the counter was not friendly. She made me wait ~15 mins to individually package 20 cupcakes, even after I told her I was just there to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here again.

I was gifted Peice of Cake's chocolate chip cookies and chocolate cake. The cookies were good, but the cake was heavenly. I love this bakery because their products were as good as my Mother's.
Quality of this company seems to have fallen off. Cakes get dryer & dryer every day. I’m not sure if they are cutting costs or changing the recipe but this ain’t it!!
This was my first time buying from this company in general (the Collier rd location). I decided to try the following slices of cake: yellow with chocolate icing, strawberry and red velvet. The Yellow and strawberry cake slices were both dry. The yellow cake had zero flavor. I wasn’t a fan of the pieces of real strawberry in the strawberry cake and the flavor was lacking. The red velvet was just OK. I have definitely had more flavorful red velvet cake with better creme cheese icing. I wouldn’t recommend cake slices from this company. Maybe the whole cakes are fresher and not dry like the slices. Annoyed I wasted $18.
