They gave me raw noodles all of my vegetables was raw and cold they literally just threw stuff in the bowl and close the bowl they didn't steam anything at all Make sure you check your food before you leave this place
Hands down the best pho in the city, and I eat a LOT of pho gá. Consistently flavorful and rich. The vegetables are crisp and the noodles tender.Service is quick and the prices are comparable to everywhere else in the city. The man at the counter is always friendly and attentive. Even when it’s busy he’s been great.
This was some of the best pho and spring rolls that we’ve ever had. We will be retuning often and it’s highly recommended to anyone who wants a meal that leaves them feeling better than when they started.
I had the beef pho at the recommendation of the employee that took my order and also tacked on pork and shrimp spring rolls. The pho… whew! Phenomenal! Sooooo good, so flavorful, and a such a good portion size. The spring rolls were delicious too. I ordered last night for dinner but just finished the rest for lunch. I’m considering making a trip to get more for dinner. LOL!
Banh mi was soooo good! I got the grilled pork prepared in a way that was recommended to me. It was a little sweet, a little spicy, and overall delicious! The sandwiches are great portion and definitely filling, so if you’re not too hungry you could definitely share one sandwich with another person. Overall great flavorful food and good service!
I drive 45 minutes at least monthly for the beef Pho here. It was a pregnancy craving that never went away. The pho is so delicious, especially with the hot chili sauce added. I’ve gotten to know the front counter staff well now and they are pleasant, helpful and friendly.
Only restuarant in KSM where employee taking orders is maskless. Waited forever for order and ended up canceling before receiving.
The beef pho is so good!!!
Tried four different places at KSM today. The chicken vermicelli at Pho Nam was by far the most outstanding. Perfectly spiced and cooked. Really great service.
“Pho-nomenal?” More like “Pho-nomenally bad!” Ordered the Chicken Vermicelli. My advice is “just don’t.” Take yourself to one of the other restaurants in Krog St. Market. Because I’m a “Karen,” I don’t bother to complain, and I never send things back to the kitchen, for obvious reasons. But I did flag down the order-taker, showed him the chicken, and suggested that they might not want to super-nuke it for their regular customers. Order-taker Dude acknowledged that it was completely overdone, but never offered to “make it right” or remake it — and frankly, I never trust a kitchen, once it has been criticized. Waste of $15, plus a 15% tip I added at the register before I got the “food.” But if I can keep you from making the same mistake, then I’ve salvaged something. Walk on, my friends.
