This was a spontaneous stop and a treat by my daughter and my first visit however, my Daughter and Grandson have frequented on many occasions, and after entering from my observation, the ambience was very relaxing and the greeting by the cashier was very friendly and professional, our wait for service after placing three orders wasn't long.It was a beautiful calming day, so we chose to sit outside while waiting for our orders. surprisingly, the cashier/host came out with our packaged orders and delivered to our seating which was a totally unexpected surprise considering that he didn't have to do that, but was much appreciated. My choice of dish was the Beef Pho w/flank steak and brisk with added bean sprouts which I love. I also ordered from their menu a new addition called the Shrimp Grilled Banh-mi on a delicious bun roll and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were perfectly grilled with a buttery taste omg!I definitely will return to this specific restaurant location whenever I'm in their area.Thank you for a pleasant experience‼️ and KUDOS ?? to this Pho 24 Atlantic Station.

I wandered in here today wow! Running some errands nearby. The pho was surprisingly good. Unlike most places in Atlanta, the broth didn't taste like it came from a powder with too much salt and MSG. I've been to probably 10 Vietnamese places in Atlanta including some on Buford highway, and this one is above average. Again, I was surprised.I ordered the extra large bowl of soup. That was a mistake. It was enough for two people. The guy who was the front desk person and waiter was kind and kind of dry. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating. It is very clean. I would come back if I were in the area.I've included pictures so that you can see for yourself. Not a wow place but a very solid one.

Very large portions and tasty. Egg roll was super good.

Very poor customer service. Host almost seemed uninterested in seating us, and was unwilling to seat a party of our size on the patio. But somehow 20 minutes later we see another party (same size) being seated on the patio. While ordering we were told that numerous items listed on the menu were unavailable with no further explanation. No one checked on us during our meal and we had to keep reminding wait staff that we were missing items from our order. As former restaurant owners, we believe in always tipping generously but could not bring ourselves to reward this kind of service.

Couldn't eat it. I had the P1, beef pho, the broth had a sickening old taste to it. It was obviously very old broth and the noodles had soaked it up, so they were also inedible. The beef was the only good part, but the broth wasn't even hot enough to cook the meat! I've been to all of the Pho 24 locations and this one is hands down the worst. My roommate was very sick after we ate here today.

The service here was absolutely horrendous, the table that I was seated at was not properly cleaned. I watched my waiter remove used dishes but he did not wipe off the table. The menu prices given or not what you're actually charged. When ordering a drink I ordered a medium but was instead charged for a large. After paying for my meal the waiter then decides to tell me that they only serve large drinks not medium drinks. Between the unsanitary tables and walls and the being overcharged without my knowledge, I'd suggest others stay far away.

Ordered beef pho and house combo pho on UberEATS. Instead they prepared chicken pho and pho without any meat at all!!!

They are out of everything and the price on the menu is incorrect . How if the menu say one price and you ring up another price. Everyone is pointing fingers it’s not my fault the menu is incorrect. Do your job please

1st time visit in Atlanta- 12ppl and it's the week before Christmas.Nam was patient and tried to help seat all of us while explaining the kitchen was backed up.Food was awesome especially for a cold day and Nam had a great demanor. Thanks for contributing positivity to our trip experience.

The sign warning you that all sales were final and there is no sending food back should have been an indication to stay away. Pork was greasy and chicken was cold. Hopefully there is better Vietnamese food in Atlanta.
