Coffee Shops Coffee & Tea Coffee

I really love this coffee shop but fair warning- they play their music VERY loud... my friends and I bring ear plugs to study. Also it's super cold.. bring a blanket. Despite these two things, it's still one of my favorite coffee shops. Food/drinks are great and it's a great atmosphere. Just hope they read this review and maybe ease up on the AC and turn down the music for everyone who is trying to study :)

I discovered this coffee shop a few months ago and fell in love with it. The shop has so much natural light, a soothing pink and green design, high ceilings and plenty of seating with power outlets in good proximity to the seats. Design aside, have delicious lattes, pastries--like an assortment of donuts and cinnamon rolls, and wonderful breakfast sandwiches. Their baristas are generally good and friendly. I took away one star because the shop can be a little cold. For example, it is 64 degrees inside as I type this and 43 degrees outside. This may be a consequence of the high ceilings coupled with running the air, but when it's already cold outside, it's almost unbearable to enjoy your coffee/tea and pastries and sandwiches inside. But it's nothing layering up can't resolve. Enjoy!

My wife took me to this coffee spot this morning. We just moved back to Atlanta after couple of years so I had not been here before. It's one of several new nice restaurants in this part of Kirkwood. It is a very appealing outdoor entrance area and lots of glass that lets light into the coffee space. It has a very high ceiling and spacious interior seating area. They have a lots of branded clothing and coffee items for purchase. They have some of the better pastries to go along with the coffee in the area. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Okay coffee, weird customer service, super expensive. If I pay $6 for a cup of coffee then I don’t understand why they couldn’t have said my name outside or brought it to me while I was outside. Way too expensive to not have excellent customer service. Why would I wanna stand inside a small coffee shop waiting for my coffee? I went outside to get away from everyone. It’s covid, still. This place is just so pretentious, it’s ridiculous.

Let me start off by saying that Perc truly has amazing coffee. The quality and ingredients are truly wonderful. The issue, however, is more about the customer service and this location’s inability to accommodate changes to any of their food or drink options.Any time we have asked for a change or addition to an item, the employee has stated that they will not or cannot make any changes (based on their policy). On a few occasions, the barista has just flat out said no and then stared at us in silence as if we are wasting their time. For instance, if you want to add chocolate to a cortado - this is a no-go. We were told that they only have a limited amount of chocolate they make everyday and cannot add chocolate to a drink - a cortado with chocolate is a condor mocha on their menu but with less steamed milk. It’s the same drink but with less milk. This is just one example - but as a previous barista for 5-years, and a lover of coffee who has gone to just about every coffee shop within Atlanta, I have never encountered a coffee shop that is so unwilling to make simple changes or substitutions.Although this coffee shop is closest to our house, we have chosen to go to other coffee shops that are further away.

Cute place and good coffee! Outdoors seating is dog friendly.

great drinks, wonderful vibe. the staff is friendly and they are super fast.

Visited this place from Jax, Fl.

Good vibes with great coffee!!! The coffee flight was a brilliant idea. My favorite is their pour over. Excellent taste. I am glad that they have locations in Atlanta. I got to know this coffee company in Savannah. Recommend visiting their location in Savannah if you visit the city.

Beautifully designed interior and perfect atmosphere for work or studying.Things you should know:I. LOCATIONWe utilized street parking and had no problem for a Saturday afternoonII. QUALITYI loved the rich, acidic quality of the coffee beans they use here. Typically, ordering an iced coffee runs the risk of being watered down, but not this one..! Very pleased. The menu, however, is pretty limited.III. SERVICEInformativeIV. CAPACITYFull for a Saturday. We had a difficult time finding seating, but I'm happy for the business owner.
