Visited about 1:50pm 4/19/22Place seems poorly ran. Ordered a large fry and was told after they brought it out they don't have ketchup. It's not like there isn't 50 grocery store in the area that has it....Insult to injury you gotta look at the mock ketchup cans they use for decoration lolSubs were good and fresh, price a tad high but not bad with current inflation.Lady working register could be barely understood. She needs to speak up and maybe take some language classes.

This location is trash. I’m sorry but I have to be honest. Don’t even waste your time. The workers are so sorry and lazy. Negative energy over your food. No care or compassion about preparing your meal. They close when they want too. So don’t mind the store hours . This was suppose to be a Philly cheese steak. This is nothing but chicken and cheese . Probably the worse franchise out of all locations. So disappointing because I love penn station. Never again

Picked up a to go order at noon on Sunday. The place was empty. Service was fine and the Italian sub tasted good, but the fries were soggy and $17 for a sub and small fry is pretty ridiculous. I’m getting Firehouse next time.

Garbage quality. The bread is the number one thing you cannot get wrong. They got it wrong. The one star is for the cookie. Also they brag about the lemonade, but it was nothing special - especially for the price.

I live 10 min away , I checked online to see what time they closed , which is 9:30 , I arrived around 7:30 , the store was completely closed . This is the second time I arrived before closing . One time I even saw an employee there with doors locked and they were all outside smoking . They came to the door and let me in that time . Please don’t send a link to report it to somewhere else , just take in this information and change the problem

Being from the Midwest I grew to love Penn Station. I sincerely think it's one of the best Phillys you can get. This location had issues in the past, mostly employee issues and cleanliness. To the point where I really wouldn't come here anymore because I knew even if there was 1 person in front of me I would be there for at least an hour waiting. That being said I made another visit lately and have to say things have really improved. It smelled freshly cleaned and the men's bathroom was surprisingly clean. I think most of the credit has to go to the new employees.First, there were two people working when in the past it was only one person doing everything. The two people working were actually very good, the Indian women and a young man with twist dreads both deserve raises. They actually do their job and seem to care. Thanks to the recent changes I hope to be back soon!

Man this location is terrible man. It smells idk how anyone could sit down and eat in there ! There is no way they are following covid protocols with it smelling like rotten trash as soon as you walk in. Always dirty and this neighborhood is way toooo nice for that. Corporate needs to shut this down ASAP before they get hit with a lawsuit from someone getting sick from eating in there.

Always been a fan of Penn Station beats out subway and Jimmy John's. Hot and cold subs, fresh lemonade which is the best, and never frozen fries. Just NOT this location. They always seem to be out of something and more so due to employees lack of effort. Unfortunately this one wasn't as well upkept in regards to appearance. First thought was dirty. Does it injustice to the franchise. If you are new to Penn Station or just want another good experience try a different location

The sandwiches were delicious. HOWEVER, we ordered thru doordash and when we received our order, I ordered 2 of the small fries which is $3 and some change and there were like 6 fries in the container. Now I don't know if the driver was eating our food or penn station just didn't put enough food in the container (which I think is unlikely). I would suggest that penn station start sealing or taping up their orders that are being picked up by drivers. I spent $36 and some change on this order and there were hardly any fries. Unacceptable!!!!

I have been to this location many times over the past five years, and, unfortunately, I honestly think each time I go is a worse experience than the last. Which is awful bc this is the only Penn Station in metro ATL and I love their sandwiches. But this may have been my last visit there. Firstly, we almost always go when they first open, so I honestly don’t understand how there can be so much wrong so early in the day. But two things are always constant: it always smells like wet, dirty dish rags (and this time there were dirty dish rags all over the floor - see photos taken right when they opened) and they never have carbonation in the soda machine (so skip the Coke and just go with water). When the owners are there, they treat the staff awful in front of customers mostly- talking down to them. This time the women’s bathroom was out of order and the men’s was disgusting - I’ll save you some details but something was smeared on the walls (again, we had gotten there as *soon* as they opened). The only reason I gave them two stars is because the food was good. I hate to say it, but if you have other options for dine in, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
