I had thr pleasure to visit this Food truck at the Teast of Marietta. The food is outstanding. i recommend the The pulled pork sandwich, vege & nacho supreme, the creamy collard greens are amazing, sweet potatoes fries with sweet creamy sauce. 5 out 5 i say!
I have hired Parlay for a private dinner in my home, they catered my wedding reception and I frequently patronize their food truck several times a month!! Why Parlay?? Their food is way beyond food truck, the food remind you of a Saturday brunch, Sunday supper, Friday night dinner or family fish fry. YES, their menu varies and they can cater a tailored menu for your private event!! While Parlay is offering great and delicious food their customer service is superb!! I'm happy to say I'm an official Parlay-er ??
I was introduced to PARLAY Savory Saloon today by my coworker. Let me just say, I was blown away!! Their food is absolutely incredible! I ordered the Fried Flounder Love Plate with Cray N’ Cheese and Skillet Corn. Best food I have had in a long time!! Fresh, made to order, and very tasty! Can not wait to have them at the office again soon! Thank you!!
Food was good but you should state on your menu chicken strips instead of fried chicken.

Hired Parlay for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner. Told them all of the foods that we liked and they created an awesome menu for us. Everything that they cooked for us was delicious! I’ve never been a bread pudding eater, but I’ll eat the one Chef Xavier prepares any day!

Today me and my co-worker was sitting at our desk doing our work, when the receptionist called to inform me that my guest had arrived for our 2pm meeting. Luckily for me, the meeting was to take place outside as we inspected a structure for pests activity. While outside, I noticed my formerly favorite food truck outside in the Restaurant Depot parking lot. At the conclusion of the meeting, I grabbed my co-worker and we walked to the food truck.Then we noticed another food truck adjacent. So we memorized the name and when we got back to our desk, did a little research to figure out the menu selections. Fearing we may miss out, we concocted a plan to go in-person to investigate, without our formerly favorite food truck being aware.We both are happy we did! One of the owners asked if we wanted a sample of the Seafood Bisx (Flounder and Shrimp). I knew this would be the precursor to me pulling out my CC and actually getting a bowl. And immediately upon tasting the savory sample, I asked for a bowl. People view food in different ways, but I view it as a connecting point of culture and taste buds.If you are ever luckily enough to have Parlay in your companies adjacent parking lot, do not hesitate, as we did, to support! In addition, the cleanliness of the truck was visibly noticeable. I say my former food truck, because we realize today we were happy to have a bag come with our order. Parlay is my new favorite food truck now!
