Love the food as I have been here a couple of times, but this last visit the restaurant service was not cool. The restaurant seemed as a tornado hit it. The staff were arguing amongst themselves and were just basically rude and aggressive. And the restaurant was a mess. Yet you had a lot of staff not moving to clean up. Note the food is awesome, but if I were a first timer, I may not come back.
Sat at the bar to have breakfast but got attitude from bartender because I didn’t want to order a drink. So their bar is strictly for drinkers only. Luckily my bf got special coffee so it was allowed. I ordered an egg wrap and tea. Well i don’t think the wrap was anything special, no spices or anything Cuban. Also since I spent $3.25 on the tea, I would think I would get refills but nope. I was shunned for drinking non-alcoholic at the bar. She completely ignored me the whole time I was there.
I absolutely love Papi's‼️...Get there early because that pineapple/mango lemonade is???!!!...If you like spice get the extra pepper sauce & if you like garlic get the extra garlic sauce?
This restaurant is a nice change from typical airport family dining fare. The food comes out quickly and my server was quick with refills and the check. The prices are good for an airport location as well.
I was nervous about eating here because I'm not adventurous in the culinary department, but the beef vaca frita was wonderfully savory and not spicy, and the margarita hit the spot. The fries were also amazing, crispy and flavorful.

Excellent Service. Bartender is Awesome!!!! Food was great. Had simple stuff, beans and rice and french fries along with whiskey and beer. Thank you for a great experience!!

I look forward to Papis more than anything else when I fly. I LOVE it. I was HIGHLY disappointed when I got there at 7 today and was told the kitchen was closed. When I said “online it showed y’all were open till 9:30” I was met with an EXTREMELY rude “you believe everything you read online? Maybe you should write your congressman”. I am appalled. Either be polite or change your hours online!!
