The atmosphere is always calm with people on their laptops, and you know the staple items on the menu will always taste great. The staff are committed to excellent service and always very friendly, but when you have a great Team Manager like “Ashaneyla” that leads by example, you are sure to get excellent service.
This location doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’ve ordered the margherita flatbread 3 times & the past 2 times they’ve ruined my pizza. They just throw on whatever ingredients they have at this point. This time they put cilantro, when it’s supposed to be BASIL. Definitely check your pizzas before leaving if you’re ordering to-go.
Food was ok but lunchtime wait was over 20 minutes for food to be made. My sons toasted bagel burnt , only a couple available bagel choices by 12 pm...not the best trip there.
This Panera Bread location is the worst. Today I placed an order over the phone with Anna. She asked when would I like to pick up the order. I told her 15 minutes because I was on my way. She also asked if I would like to pay over the phone or when I arrive at the store. I also informed her that I would pay when I arrive. I get to the store in less than 15 and they did not put the order in because I did not pay over the phone. I was very irritated. I told her she did not inform me of that. All she could say was "my fault". On another note, the manager, who walked around like she was important and didn't want to be bothered, heard what was going on and didn't say a word. This location always exhibit poor customer service, starting with management. I guess the bad reviews mean nothing to the corporate office.
This absolutely the nastiest, the rudest, UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPOSE TO BE FAST FOOD PLACE! Take the drive to somewhere else !DISRESPECTFUL FOR NO REASON.
This is an amazing location, their food is always delicious and fresh. I visit this location often, and on a few occasions my order has been incorrect, but they are always quick to fix it. I understand that they are understaffed and I appreciate their effort to make things right. The management team here and also the employees are top-notch they really care about the customers and that’s so important! It’s really Rare to find places like these this day and age. Most people now don’t seem to care about the customers but these guys are really striving for their best. Thank you so much Panera in Tucker! Y’all are seriously the best!!
I ordered two dozens bagels over the phone and paid for by credit card this morning. I told what specific numbers of bagels in flavors I waned and if they have them in stock ready. I told to keep the order ready for my pick up at 1.00 noon. When I go to pick up, they say we have none on hand ready to give. We can refund your money. The manager came and said sorry for the mess up but had no sense of remorse in his dealing with me. Very poor service. Go to other place with your business.
Ordered a Mediterranean veggie with white whole grain bread. They used the wrong bread so I asked them if they could use the white whole grain. I asked the young man (I’ll call him “Pepe”) to just switch out the slices but another guy just remade the sandwich. I asked this other young man (I’ll call him Neto) if they were going to throw the other sandwich away and Neto said “yes” so I asked him if I could have it (I was going to give it to someone later that evening).I told Neto this because I think it’s such shame when food goes to waste. After I told him this, he said that he’d package the sandwich and give it to me. I said “ok” and went to our table to drop off our drinks and asked one of my kids to go get the sandwich. My kid came back empty handed and said that the guy had said that I had already taken it. That wasn’t true but I just didn’t want to bother getting up and left it like that.Halfway through my sandwich I noticed that it was missing the extra avocado that I had paid for. I took my sandwich to the lady at the front (I’ll call her Mandy) and politely asked if she would give me extra avocado. Instead she offered to remake it. I said that was “fine” and went to go sit at my table. Out of curiosity I stopped by the food pickup area and asked Pepe about the first sandwich. He said they hadn’t throw it away. He said that they were holding on to it in case someone else ordered the same sandwich. He shrugged his shoulders and gave it to me.By this time Mandy had made her way to where Pepe and Neto were and was giving them instructions on how to make my sandwich. To this Pepe said in a sarcastic tone “so now she’s getting 3 sandwiches”. I overheard this so I came back to explain how things had led to this point. Mandy then said that I should just keep the first sandwich and leave it like that.I said “that’s fine but just so you know I wasn’t trying g to get free sandwiches.” She said that I could either keep the first sandwich or that I could give them the first sandwich and she would remake it. I thought that that was kind of petty so I kind of balked at her suggestion and then she just offered to remake the sandwich and let me keep the first sandwich. I politely reminded her that if they had made my sandwich right the first time, we “wouldn’t be having this conversation.” She kind of agreed and asked them to make my sandwich.I went to my table and this other girl (I’ll call her Rosa) dropped off my sandwich and left. It wasn’t until I left that I noticed that one of the sandwiches had been with the undesirable last slice of bread. That small, dark and often hard slice of bread that no one ever hardly uses. I wanted to let you all see the perfectly understood in-between the lines, passive aggressive message. Before leaving I went to the food pickup area ato just ask them if they typically did this (used the last slice of bread) to make sandwiches. As I neared the area Rosa asked “now what’s wrong” and then that’s when I asked her if they typically did that, she said “yes” but I find that hard to believe.
I’ve been 100’s of Panera‘s but this one has absolutely the best customer service! Ashanaye (surely I spelled that wrong!) is so kind and accommodating to everyone she interacts with and the young cutie with the yellow hair is also very helpful and sweet! My fave Panera!
It's a favorite. Panera Bread stands out, to always satisfy. Soups salads or bagel. Don't go to late, your favorite bagel may be out.
