Upon visiting and entering Christina was nice and welcoming offered for us to sit where ever we wanted. We choice the outside patio.Dan came out of no where very rude and snappy advising “we need to hurry up and place our order” even prior to sitting down.Due to his horrible demeanor and pushy customer service we decided to leave. It’s very unfortunate because I used to love eating at Pancho when I got the chance. But this brief experience upon entrance ended not well and I possibly won’t be returning.
Great food and margaritas! We always get a pitcher, the mango is delicious. The food is always good, but their prices have gone up recently due to COVID.We’ve always been happy with our service here, even when they’re busy. Definitely sit outside if you can! The tree is awesome.FYI: parking is kind of a nightmare, it’s a tiny lot with really sharp angles.
If we could leave negative 100 we would. WORST restaurant ever. To begin with, when you order anything less than 3 tacos they DONT give you salsa. If you want salsa it is charged extra. ANY mexican restaurant has a free salsa bar but this one wanted us to pay for salsa?? The prices are RIDICULOUS. for 3 tacos it is $ 20.50. Also they included tip for a party of 2??. Tip is earned and not required anywhere. The service was horrible. I would not recommend anyone go there ever! Also they don't serve regular chips like any other restaurant. They serve burnt dirty oil chips they make. DISGUSTING
Love this place! Peeps who work there are very nice and I never got my food faster anywhere else in memory. I just wish they would add “less” sodium” to the food, especially the stake… it’s DELICIOUS as crazy, meaning the flavor spot on!… but they use way too much salt. So if you unfortunately suffer HBP as I do, it means instead of going there to eat 1 to 3 times a week. I can only go like once a month.I hope someone there sees this and talks with the cook one day. Like I said, love this place, but they need to save the salt for around the margaritas only ???
Easily the worst food I've had in this city. Food was thrown together. Quesadilla wasn’t even cut & chicken was overly seasoned. They also forgot my chips & salsa. Would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant.
The menu is awesome, I love the variety on traditional Mexican fare and other items you do not typically see.The Margaritas rock! We ordered a picture of the house margarita and was great.Great food, just a little saucy...you can ask for sauce on the side.

The overall decor was pretty authentic. The food taste really good. I ordered the steak fajitas. This was my first time seeing a fajita with broccoli added. It was a good addition. Also order a pitcher of peach margarita since I'm in Georgia. If definitely recommend going to this Mexican restaurant. They also have a patio. Great place got a night out on the town.
We found this restaurant close to our hotel. WE were looking for a sit down eatery and it fit the bill. It is a pretty typical Mexican restaurant. Nothing special but for us nothing bad either. They tout their Margaritas and we found them to be enjoyable. We split an order of fajitas and they were good (not great). Free chips and salsa were tasty. Overall for us it was just an average dining experience. Nothing rave worthy but no issues either. When you dine out as much as we do you get accustomed to the dining experiences so we do not dwell on every little detail. The atmosphere was pretty well done a bit worn but we did not feel it was dirty. Our ratings: Service 3 stars Food 3 stars Atmosphere 3.5 stars Romantic Appeal 3 stars Value 3 stars Renown 2 stars Averages to 2.9 stars which we will round up to 3 stars. We would not stop here again when in the area. Nothing bad to report but nothing good either. Try another place would be our recommendation.
Great location. Right next to town with shops and bakery. One block from the beach. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Hostess went out of her way to make pancakes for a family with small kids.
