I was skeptical of a PF Changs location in an airport (Atlanta), but despite being pretty small, they had a nice bar and nice staff. The food was great which is a testament to franchise consistency working like it should. Our server, Kenyatta, was awesome!VictorB
Unfortunately, this is my least-favorite P.F. Chang's that I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. I asked for a #RobRoy at the bar, which is a simple blended Scotch Whisky. I even pulled up the mixer list on my phone and offered it to the bar tender. She declined. My drink was mediocre at best. They didn't even have the Luxardo ?. The orange wasn't a twist - it was a fat wedge. For a $15 drink, that's not cool. The pan seared dumplings came out *square*, not the traditional dumpling shape P.F. Chang's is known for. They were greasy too. No sauce was offered to me either. The person that brought my dish(es) handed me the food and didn't place the food down on the bar top in front of me. I sat for a couple of minutes with no utensils after my food was served as well. The African American female that was working the bar wasn't attentive. Very uncomplacent. The Caucasian gentleman behind the bar was the only good thing about the entire experience. (And before you say a word, this isn't a "race" thing. I'm only calling balls and strikes like I see em. I'm describing the physical appearance of the staff for you so you can recognize and avoid the ones that suck.) Don't waste your time here. They're just banking on being the only P.F. Chang's in the entire ATL Airport. ?
We were very pleasantly surprised when we found this PF Chang's at Atlanta Airport earlier this week. Not only was the food and wine delicious but the best part of our dining experience was our waitress Ashley.Ashley was absolutely wonderful and she had great suggestions for our food and wine choices. The food was delivered hot and quickly (which is very important and rare at any airport) and her suggestion for a bottle of wine was spot on. She also brought that quickly and perfectly chilled... exactly what we needed after a difficult trip.Ashley is a kind and lovely person and she made this lunch one of the highlights of a very difficult few days. I really hope PF Chang's knows how very lucky they are to have her!Thank You Ashley!!Debi & Kristy :) :)
This PF Chang's Deserves 5 StarsI don't often leave a 5-star review for a chain restaurant, but my dining experience at this PF Chang's deserves some praise. While searching my phone for something somewhat quick and healthy, during my 2-hr layover, I walked by a PF Chang's. I'm familiar with their menu and knew I had landed in the right place. To start, I was greeted by friendly staff at the door and was guided to a spacious window seat overlooking the tarmac. Because this PF Chang's is slightly elevated above the rest of the airport, this was, to my surprise, a really nice view. I was entertained by watching the different vehicles transporting suitcases and other airport matter.Soon after I was seated, my server arrived. His timeliness was somewhat surprise because there were many other patrons dining at the time of my arrival. He was very friendly and provided the perfect amount of attentiveness. I ordered the Wonton Soup and Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps and it came out timely. I'd like to emphasize how important this is for patrons who need to grab a quick bite between flights.Due to the combination of a tasty meal with not only friendly but also timely service I'm rating this PF Chang's location 5/5 stars. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite between flights!-Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a picture of my meal (I was really really hungry), but attached is a picture of the view!
Great place for a relaxed layover. Ordered the dynamite shrimp and steamed pork dumplings. I highly recommend both. They also just started selling sake! Highly recommend the kyoto bloom as a cocktail.
We ate here twice over the course of our last vacation because we wanted to be sure we would have a delicious and fresh meal while flying through here. We did lunch on a layover to our destination and then dinner before flying home. Excellent service, and they do their very best to get you your check quick when your layover time starts to run out.
Great service and food! Concourse A
Don’t know why this restaurant gets such a bad rap as I travel to Atlanta every other week for work, always have lunch or dinner here and have never had a bad meal. The only difference between this location and other PF Chang’s is that this location doesn’t participate in Chang’s frequent diner program which is annoying since I eat here often. But, otherwise, it’s the same menu and good quality food. Prices are reasonable and service is quick since they know you may have to catch a flight. Love the fact that there’s a good Chinese restaurant in the airport. I wish there were more!
This place was excellent! Thought there was going to be a wait because of how busy it was. They seated us immediately. The wait staff were excellent, gave us time when we needed it but appeared immediately when we needed them. Gave great suggestions. Booth was clean, decor was nice and it wasn't loud despite being crowded. But the food... Wow. The spicy chicken was perfect! As were the fried dumplings and fried rice. The food came out extremely fast too! Hot, crunchy, and just perfect. So glad we went!
This is the Atlanta Airport location at A terminal. Brett was my server for lunch and literally was probably the most polite server I have come across in a very long time (I travel 200 days a year) so I am speaking truth when I say had I had more cash in my wallet, I would have left her every penny of it.Great experience! My crispy honey chicken was on point!Magnificent!
