I’ve ordered here multiple times but today Made me want to leave a review. Presentation looks amazing and taste really good. And gave plenty of ranch which i really appreciate. Thanks!
Wings should be cooked 1 min. longer and the chicken fingers sandwich has a rubbery texture. Great customer service though!
Great tenders and sauces, fries were hot and fresh, drink machine was good, serving staff ready to help and happy to assist with additional needs. Not too busy during dinner, easy to get food, dine at leisure and leave but lunchtime, this place is busy, but not overly busy.
Ordered through UberEATS. The first time was fantastic so I was really excited about the second time. Not as good Everything and I mean everything was too salty. Didn't include any dressing/dip with fried mushrooms. But they were cooked evenly but salty. Chicken tenders were good. Fries were good although it's hard to tell true taste because delivery fries are never really good. I do like the lemon pepper for the wings. It's dry not wet. Overall ok. I'll try them one more time in the future and hope I get the first experience again.
I would love to give this place 5 stars because the food is actually good. The food takes way too long to be prepared. Why is chicken tenders and fries taking longer than 30 minutes when I was quoted 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. It’s every single time we come here. Today will definitely be that last because that is ridiculous. Fast food should never take that long. What are they doing catching the chicken? Terrible way to run a business!!!! Emma should be fired because she didn’t even tell the kitchen when my husband came to pick up the food which makes me think food isn’t even started until you arrive which TOTALLY ruins the point of even doing Togo orders!! Maybe they just need to convert from a insultingly slow counter service restaurant to a “catch, kill, prepare your own food” kind of restaurant. At this point it would have been faster for me to go to the farm to get my food. Emma is ruining your business! I called at 3:29 and here it is 4:17 and I still haven’t gotten my food. Thanks for making me Late to work. Never again! A different young lady was nice enough to give me a $10 gift card but that hardly makes up for such a wait.
So me & my family decided to travel for the holidays and visit some places we've never been. We traveled from Miami Gardens home of the Dolphins to try this restaurant. There was nothing that stood out to me. My chicken wasn't seasoned, my fries were not fresh, & there was nothing Texas about my toast. It was a basic meal I could've made at home but mine would've been better. My kids even said the chicken was pretty dry.
Went to otters for the first time today for lunch. I ordered a chicken finger box with an extra piece of toast. Cashier explicitly asked if I wanted it to replace the slaw and I said no. I was charged for the addition but did not get my slaw. Order issues aside, food was ok. Not great. For the price I’d recommend going somewhere else.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great food quality. They actually get your order right. The fried mushrooms are awesome! A far better value than other places. My new go-to chicken place. Thanks for the excellent meals.
Solid place for tenders and wings.
Went with my mom for Lunch. To me, a little pricey for what you get. Food was good but not spectacular. Nice people that work there tho.
