I was surprised given the bad reviews. My friends loved the location in Alpharetta (not sure it's still there) and we ended up at this one.Food: they loved their food. They had a bacon waffle, eggs, side of bacon , hash browns with cheese and chocolate chip pancakes. I ordered the strawberry French toast.I read in some reviews that food arrived cold and although my friends didn't have any problems, my French toast was indeed cold. As I went to inform the waitress, I caught the managers eye and he had them remake my order. It came out quicker than the first time and tasted way better hot (obviously). He was really nice.Service: it wasn't busy when we went with lots of open tables. The host was was nice, as was the manager, but our waitress took really long to bring us anything we asked for. It was her first week on the job but we had to ask multiple times to get a few things.Parking: I didn't know this at the time but they validate parking. I'm very anti paying for parking so didn't park in the lot but if you're going, just know they offer free parking.Price: $$Overall, everything was tasty and it was a chill ambience. I'd go back if my friends wanted to.
Food was good, especially the pancakes! Ivan was attentive, service was also good. You just have to wait before gettong seated, disorganized at the door since there was no host, but the person seating guests looked like he was also serving the food and taking to go orders. And guests were also paying at the front. Someone said there was no manager not host. Management is apparently lacking in the place, and has some more work to do because they can lose customers.
This restaurant has gone downhill. The oil that the eggs were cooked in tasted rancid. They used to have fresh orange juice and now this is bottom of the barrel concentrate juice. The pancakes were good. The restroom is very short on staff.
Food wasn’t great. Not very tasteful and I wouldn’t recommend. The worst scrambled eggs. Our server was great.
I had an egg-white omelette with turkey sausage, spinach, blueberry pancakes. The omelette was extremely fluffy and delicious. The blueberry pancake had berry cooked inside the pancake - YUM! The waiter was very attentive and took great care of us. Parking was just behind the place and complementary. I will be back!
I love eating at this place! Coffee, bacon & eggs, with an english muffin. How can it go wrong? The atmosphere here is cozy and never too crowded. *Their homemade whipped cream sets off anything you put it on!
Excellent spot for a good breakfast. I highly recommend asking for Ivan as he is an excellent server. Their flapjacks and bacon or BLT are my two favorites.
Beyond horrible, not edible at all, absolutely horrid. I can here a couple weeks ago. I had a veggie omelette, it looked like a HUGE hard brownish yellowish ball. It was supposed to be three eggs it literally looked like 20! it was tasteless and the vegetables weren’t fully cooked. I asked for extra crispy bacon, it tasted like a sweet thick rubber shoe. After speaking to the manager I asked him for simply two scrambled eggs with cheese and turkey sausage ( The manager was very accommodating) the two eggs looked like 6 eggs and looked as if came from a box no freshness at all, they were cooked so hard even with water it was hard to wash down. The sausage were not cooked properly whatsoever, hard outside mushy middle, unappetizing.. Honestly, I wouldn’t serve even a dog what I was served and I am willing to bet cash you will get MUCH MUCH better food at a Waffle House. Customer service was excellent, it was a clean location but still.. first and last time. Pancake Social, Joy’s Cafe, Muphy’s to name a few..Exquisite breakfast establishments!!
Expensive menu for what you get, tasteless strange textured scrambled eggs (drained off a puddle of watery liquid from the plate before I felt willing to take a bite - not sure if it was the eggs or bacon), pancakes were pretty dry... probably overcooked. Ok service since no one was there, old building make over poorly done. Good location. Not willing to give it another try.
It's hard to find corn beef hash, but this place had it and it's delicious! I like it better than the Lavista location, aesthetically and food-wise. Only issue was that while our server was great, the patio was sorta messy. Straw papers and a broken salt shaker stayed on the ground near other tables for the entirety of our meal. Everyone seemed to be doing their best, though!
