My first time here and this will definitely not be my last.The food was fresh and guuuuuuud,this will be my go to spot when I want some excellent Jamaican food,I drove 30 minutes just to get here
This was by far one of the BEST Jamaican restaurants that is in the Atlanta! The staff was so friendly and the vibe was superb! My sorrel was the best I ever tasted and so was the peach cobbler cheescake. I will be returning soon?
Can I tell you I am SO ashamed that I slept on this place. I’ve passed it PLENTY of times in the past few years always “wondering.” Well today I decided to order via Uber Eats. I’m glad I did. The food was INCREDIBLE. I didn’t even sit down while eating it. LOL! I got curry chicken with rice (it’s under the chicken), cabbage and sweet fried plantains. I feel like a stuffed tick! I will ABSOLUTELY be ordering from here again. Likely a patty and coco bread as that is one of my favorite “eats.” If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. This was sooooooo good!!!
Food is great and it has a great vibe. Not a lot of parking but easy to get to. I’ve eaten here several times and will continue to return. I had the jerk shrimp and Mac and cheese today.
Clean, good, vibe, rustic,genuine, feel, samples, excellent, friendly, staff, great food! Everything from the samples how much is the meal that I ordered which was oxtails macaroni and cheese yellow rice cabbage and candid yams, delicious, packaged well, needless to say I’ll be back, again and again!, Even the air bottle lemonade, which has the “conscious food has a strawberry slice floating in it, And their “Ting,” Sparkling grapefruit beverage, is different, and delicious call me it’s not us exactly sparkling water, and it’s not a soda definitely not a juice, just delicious, More than compensated, for the disappointment, that they didn’t have Jamaican ginger beer oh, I am very generous portions, enough for two next two days, for me, at least .?
I ordered the jerk chicken lunch special. Good price. I wanted the jerk shrimp but they don’t do it for the special price. I walked here from home and sat outside which was nice. It’s a bit warm inside. Had been wanting to come here... they don’t serve coffee but they brought me some anyway. Nice reggae music classics playing. The chef and cashier seem nice. I paid in cash. One luv. Love is all the same ... cars kept passing and honking which was funny but my food came quick.. two drumsticks I think and white rice and plantains... enjoy if you come!
The staff and owners are very polite and cater to their customers. Food is fresh and hot!!
Very friendly people but went there for lunch and rice and peas under uncooked and all they offer was a free side I couldn't enjoy my lunch only able to eat cabbage and chicken
From the Mom and I pulled up to the curb, saw the outside dining, am I love the way it was set up, then when I walked into the restaurant it was very rustic, looks authentically, Jamaican but clean, good energy ech the staff was very friendly friendly, Plus they have free samples, so you can try things that you’re not familiar with if it looks appealing to you, I tried that jerk chicken, and their curry chicken both were delicious, the first time I bought oxtails , they were huge!Also, delightful, So, Good, that I ordered the veggie plate through door dash come in that was even better than the oxtails!Coming now I’m back in the jerk chicken, and, The veggie patty, and their homemade ,lemonadeI ll order That again! agin?✨✨✨✨✨ The carrots and cabbage rivaled to my mothers, and so didthe macaroni and , I don’t say that lightly , This food taste homemade call the part that I just lov e that at the bottom of my takeout box banana leaf
Ooo this food is yummy! I ordered the veggie plate (rice and peas, cabbage, collards) and the spinach patty. The food was excellent. Everything was flavorful, beautifully seasoned, fresh and hot! I have struggled with finding great tasting vegetarian friendly Carribbean food here in Georgia but I have found my spot and I will certainly be back!
