Excellent service and sushi! One waiter handling the busy lunch hour and to go orders we never lacked for water or our food. Wish I would have caught his name. Unfortunately we don’t live anywhere near here because this would be our to go to sushi spot.We had the yellowtail and tuna nigiri. I had a roll but can’t remember the name at the moment. It was delicious! Definitely come here and give them your business!
Went here Friday night 7/1/2022 for dinner. We were seated but never served. We waited for a least 30 minutes before we decided to walk out and go across the way to Thailand restaurant. There were several people being seated and served. We felt like our money was not good enough. .
The name changed, but I will always call it Harry & Sons because it became my favorite Thai restaurant when I moved to Virginia Highland in 2000. ❤️ I come here for their Sushi, their Spicy Coconut Soup with chicken and their Pad Woon Sen with tofu and extra veggies. Their tofu is flavorful and has the perfect consistency. This is the only dish order with tofu anywhere. I'm not even a vegetarian. Consistently delicious! ? Their staff is always friendly and helpful, the place is well managed and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I now live up in East Cobb and when I want Thai, this is where I come. Best in Atlanta ❤️
I love Ocean Wave by Harry and Sons. I have been coming here for about 15 years and it is my favorite place for sushi. This last visit I switched it up and got Thai. I had the Thai beef Salad and shared a chicken larb with my companions. My salad was excellent, the dressing was superbly flavourful and the beef perfectly grilled. If you like Thai this is the same quality of their sister restaurant, Surin. My dinning companions both had sushi and loved it.The service was excellent as usual. We will definitely be back soon as this is one of our favorite restaurants.
Hands down, the best Thai food in Atlanta! I've been dining at this restaurant since it was Harry & Sons. I use to work in Midtown and it was conveniently located. I do live OTP, and I do my best to come here a few times a year. The food and service is always on point. Francis is the best bartender and I have really enjoyed talking to him and getting to know him over the past 10+ years.
I enjoyed my meal. I went around 12pm on a weekday. There were a few customers there and one waiter/bartender. Their service was very fast. I order the chicken pad Thai from the lunch menu, which was good! It was on the sweeter side but I enjoyed it and finished everything. I left felling full. My meal also came with a choice of 2 soups. I chose miso! I would definitely revisit!
I ate here for the first time today. The sashimi was very good! The sushi was average. Really nothing special at all and the salmon in the sushi tasted like chlorine. The reason why I leave this review is because of the extremely rude staff and the high price I paid in comparison to what I got. There are definitely better places in ATL.
Food was great and the service was as well. Got there at 2 not knowing they close for lunch at 230. They allowed me to order and eat in until I was done. I would definitely recommend it to my fellow Sushi Lovers. Ohhhh... and they have a full bar!!!
The Love Boat is the thing to get here. I shared it with one other person and we were pretty stuffed so much so that we didn’t order anything else. The miso soup was not good. It was missing something but I can’t put my finger on what it was. The drinks were average. You have to pay to park but the cost isn’t anything outrage. The server wasn’t too friendly but she wasn’t rude either. She would quickly appear with your food and then disappear before you could ask her for anything else.
It was great! But I love pad thai i eat it in every thai place I go all over the country and this one wasn't made with peanut sauce but with sweet and sour, it was different. But overall ok. Sushi was really good.
