Several restaurants under one roof. Expect to wait a but please be nice to the folks in the front. They are doing the best they can. Sunday is ALWAYS going to be a heavy day so plan accordingly. My food always come out good and fresh. They keep the space clean and keep disruptions away.
There are 28 restaurants to choose from.When ordering through a food delivery service some times the food isn't ready when the delivery driver arrives. A driver waited 25 minutes and the food still wasn't ready. The driver had to leave because other food orders was getting cold.Good food and good pick up service.
This was a revolutionary experience for me.I felt safe walking into the complex. the staff were friendly. the Kiosks were easy to understand. and the FOOD.. OMG I've been searching for morsels i might have missed. I'm gonna wake up at 3am mad because I ate it all at once. you officially have a lifelong customer
Food takes forever, employees act like they have no idea when the food will be done, often have to wait longer than 30 minutes for delivery orders. Don’t advertise all these restaurants when you don’t have the staff or the efficiency to run them. And hire more attentive front desk staff who can give accurate estimates on time
Wow this place is amazing! So cool that you can come in and order from a bunch of restaurants in the back. I've tried it a bunch and the food is always so flavorful. Love love love this place.I used to just order random restaurants from here on Uber Eats all the time, but now I'm just swinging by the location and getting pickup. Ordered from Costal Burger I give it a 3.5 because fries and burgers just go together.Pros: burger was hot, this is one of the only places in the area open late, convenientCons: the fries were cold like they had been sitting, got the garlic parm fries, it was hard shredded cheese (not melted) and tasted like they scooped the garlic right out the pre-packaged garlic jar that you get from Kroger and it was also cold. Couldn’t even eat the fries cause it was terrible.Hopefully this was just a late night mistake, don’t recommend the garlic fries.
Great place to pop in and grab a quick lunch or nice size dinner for the family! My first time going was when I ordered from a random place not knowing this place has over 25+ restaurants to choose from! You can walk in and order at the kiosk or your scan the QR code phone, and wait in your car.. GENIUS!I will be back to try out more places.. They had food like Birria Tacos, Cheesesteaks, burgers, Jamaican food and some really good soul food I could smell from another order. Give it a try!
There is a new place called JusSteak and it has great food and even better prices. If you are a steak lover you should definitely eat there!
AVOID THIS PLACE like the PLAGUE or a new CVD-19 strain! They are slow, unprofessional, and extremely rude. You will have a minimal wait time of at least 45 minutes and there's always something wrong with their system. Everyone from the rude cashiers to the cooks should be terminated. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever.
