Let’s start with the most important — the food! The food is AMAZING and Nur has the potential to be one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Truly. I have lived in both Turkey and Israel and am so grateful to have this food here. The chef is incredibly talented. However, the service is incredibly awful. We were one of three tables and sat with our empty plates in front of us for 20 minutes before we were able to get anyone’s attention. After that, it took even longer to get a box and our check. We wanted to order dessert but could not risk another hour just sitting there. Please train your servers better because it is the only thing getting in the way of this restaurant being amazing. This is not a staff shortage issue as there were more people working than full tables. They all just hung out around the kitchen. The bathrooms needed a lot of attention too even though we were the first ones there for dinner. With so much potential, I hope we can return in a few months to a totally different atmosphere.
This place is awesome! If you like food/Mediterranean food, make sure you visit this place. Food is fantastic, close to what you see on food shows from tv chefs. Even their simple dish packs unforgettable flavor and texture combinations. It's a farm-to-table concept where you can taste the quality and freshness and enjoy the food without feeling guilty/heavy. I will visit this place often ??
This place is soooooo tasty. Clean & super fresh.THE service amazing!!!!!!We has so much fun on mother's day ❤️One of the best middle eastern restaurants in town.Do yourself a favor and order the Hummus Shakshuka.
Family owned restaurant that serves the best Mediterranean food in Atlanta! It is “farm to table” where the freshest ingredients are always used for each plate served! Wonderful service! Beautiful people and the best quality of food served!
We visited Nur Kitchen yesterday based on a recommendation from a friend on the food quality and service. Boy, were we disappointed. We waited for 15 minutes for a server to get us water and ask us for our order. I asked for a glass of wine and it took about 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. The food was below average. But the service was so disappointing. I would have no issues with the pricing if the food quality and service were good. Overall, they would need to seriously improve the food quality and service. Guess we have to look for another place which offers authentic and good quality Turkish food
Exceptional cuisine. Bold flavors, but yet perfectly balanced and not overpowering. Felt like I was transported to the Easter Mediterranean. A talented chef.
Great service. Colorful, rich and tasty food! Friendly staff and chef!
Is awesome perfect attention !! The best food
Everything about it is made fresh and tasty. Shai is a diamond in the kitchen.
Our meal here was modest at best. We tried several dishes including the roasted cauliflower, the veggie platter, fried mussels, fries and the bulghur salad (replacement for the ordered freeka). It's not easy replicating authentic flavours but the dishes were a little bland and lacked that oomph factor. I mean why would you serve halloumi cheese with some sweet sauce?! I think what I loved the most were the pitas.
