They had lights on and everything, but there was no one behind the counter. They told People they opened at 4pm, but at 4:30pm NO ONE was in the store. It was completely empty. I even stood and waited, but nobody showed up. Unfortunately based on the other reviews, it's a common occurrence nowadays...
Couldn't even tell you if the food was good/bad or if the customer service was good/bad. The place was closed, but no sign saying so and no employees. But all the lights were on like they were open. Stood there at the cash register for a few minutes but no one came or said anything. I guess by the other reviews I shouldn't be surprised.
They had no cheese and used hamburger buns for the hot dogs. Nathan's is usually very good but was disappointed in this one
The service here was awful but the hot dogs were okay.
Well I’m just not going back..A smile in customer service can go a long way. You immediately feel the employees here hate their job.
I have no idea how the food is, but they just closed down during dinner time with 4 people in line, and refused to serve any of them. It’s amazing how lazy people can be without getting fired, these days.
Horrible taste no comparison to the ones at Sam's. Very disappointing
#1 only available and didn’t even bother themselves to include a napkin.
Service was soooooo slow. The cashier doesn’t know how to count change back to you. The sauerkraut was a brown color from being burnt and they don’t have brown mustard. When I asked about brown mustard the lady behind the counter got all bent out of shape blabbering on about they’ve been in a pandemic for two years and I should just be happy that they are open. I’ll never go here agian!
Omg, two women behind the counter. 1 standing staring off into space, the other taking FOREVER to put a dog in a bun. I have NEVER seen more incompetent service “workers” in my life. I finally left in exasperation without receiving my order. Several others did as well. So much for the welfare state. This was an amazing display of pure laziness.
