Only leaving this review in an effort to help the business owner. It’s strange to have a shop that sells ice cream and nachos- also you can get a hotdog? Or a $200 cake? Everyone is going there for sweets. We had to wait 20 minutes for a cone because one person was running the shop making nachos in the back. The guy eating the nachos told me they were bad. Just do one thing really well. Currently just doing everything poorly. We would make this our ice cream go to spot if got act together.

I went to buy a gift card for the manager of my credit union as a gift. Rather than coming out to help, someone just yelled from the back room that I needed to order it from the website. I will never understand why, when I was the only customer in the store and right in front of their face, they sent me away rather than offering to do it online right there. Not everyone has time and money to be running back and forth. They didn't even have to take time away from other customers to just offer to do it there.

I ordered from the Avondale location and it was so good! I got the fried peach, tots, and buffalo salad minus chicken. I haven't had food this good in a LONG time. The fried peach on a stick was mind blowing!
I have come to the Cumberland location 3 separate times. The website will say its open but it's always closed. No sign on the door indicating why and no one answers the phone. Voice-mail is full. I've come on a Saturday and two different week days. Today is Friday 12:43 PM website indicates open but its not
Sadly, a disappointment. A lovely store with no stock orher than a few cupcakes. Things that are advertised as being available were not. Hopeful that this was a one off & my next visit will prove more plentiful.

We came from out of town for a graduation and stopped by & it was AMAZING!! The young lady Nay was so SWEET & WONDERFUL!! Great service. Highly recommend we will be BACK!!
