Overall average, but disappointing. Food was average and honestly overpriced. The best value was the roasted chicken. Service was below average, but it was a busy night so I can understand. The noise level however was unacceptable. I can understand that other diners are celebrating special occasions but there should absolutely be no way for an entire table or a select few people to speak so loudly that you can hear every word from the opposite side of the room. The rooms here are small, which can be a good thing, but there are some mad inconsiderate people who make everything about themselves. There are other people who want to enjoy nice celebratory dinner as well, but it gets ruined when other customers make it mandatory for all other customers to hear their entire conversation. I wish that the restaurant was more considerate of that and enforced orderly customer etiquette, although I’m sure that’s uncomfortable. When you have to shout to the person next to you to have a conversation when there is no music inside playing, there’s a problem.

we always enjoy returning to Murphy's - excellent service and food. We ordered the calamari, tuna salad, shrimp dish, and roasted chicken. looking forward to returning.

Another wonderful meal at Murphy's! Gazpacho was delicious as were our two small plates -- smoked salmon flatbread and fried calamari. A perfect lunch for two.

The staff was wonderful. We had a fantastic time and delicious food!

Mixed food quality but a pleasant place to eat.

Old faithful. I can always depend on Murphy's for a great atmosphere, amazing wine selections, knowledgeable and friendly servers and solidly good food. The featured menu items are always inventive and delicious.

On entry, bar looked inviting , staff greeting warm but not overwhelming layout of restaurant intimate but not crowded despite what appeared to be a full house. Server was friendly & knowledgeable about F & B and was attentive despite all of her stations being more or less in the same phase of service. Murphy’s is the best restaurant I’ve visited in Atlanta so far.

As always, a wonderful meal full of flavor. I ordered the steak frites and my wife ordered the mussels, and both were out of this world. We also shared the delicious crispy brussel sprouts and cocktails were made perfectly, as well as their espressos being amazing as well. Murphy’s is always a high recommendation from us. Plus you can’t beat the VaHi vibe. Lastly, impeccable and friendly service that is just the icing on the cake.

Our waitress Senise (Sp?) was fun, bubbly and energetic!

Luca was a great server very attentive and polite
