Had a flight delay that led me to having to stay in ATL for a few hours before my flight home. I didn't want to book a hotel outside of the airport because I didn't want to deal with transport &having to go through TSA again. My husband found Minute Suites for me &luckily it was in the same concourse that my next flight was in. When I got there to check in, the guy at the desk was nice which was helpful since the delay was already frustrating. The room is small &probably good enough for 2 people. They have snacks &drinks with a fee, but a TV is also available for your use &a desk. I didn't need the room for anything else but a place to sleep until the morning. The room has a firm couch &it has a pull out bed on the bottom. They offer you pillows &a blanket - I actually managed to get some good rest.I would've given 5 stars, but I was able to hear talking from the other room &something that sounded like a TV. But it wasn't disruptive throughout the night. Check out was simple as well. Definitely a good convenience during late layovers.
This is a brilliant idea and a perfect spot to relax if you're on a long layover and want to escape the airport noise and bustle. The couch is a *little* hard for napping. This time the neighboring room had a loud toddler. Still better than sitting at a crowded gate.
They have limited space so not every passenger with LoungeKey is accommodated . They will allow if you pay . Not appreciated
I will be honest, in that I was very hesitant to book a minutes suite at Concourse B in ATL given the several negative reviews. We had a 7 hour layover in ATL and had a 7 hour flight to follow- so it was very important that we had somewhere to go for comfort and privacy for that long layover. We had a wonderful experience at the minute suite- the rooms were very clean and cozy, and the employee that we interacted with was wonderful. She was super helpful, very kind and professional. She was easily available if we had a question or concern. We had a TV in our rooms equipped with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, and Hulu. It was quiet when we wanted to nap and we had several restaurants around us to grab a bit to eat. I would recommend renting a room if you have a long layover and full day of travel, it definitely helped us get through our 14 hour travel day.
Extremely poor customer service today. The lady behind the desk was not welcoming or friendly. I have a Priority Pass membership and she told me that there were no rooms available, and that I’d have to book ahead of time. I observed several rooms open at the time. I figured how to navigate Minute Suites terrible app, and finally booked a stay starting about 10 minutes after she told me that no rooms were available. When I came back she told me the TV in my room was broken, opened the door and walked away. No introduction as to other amenities of the room, how the club works, or anything. Very disappointing as an American Express Platnium card holder to have this level of service.
You get a hard plastic couch and a tv. You can’t control the temperature so it is cold and really uncomfortable. I’ve been to minute suites in the past and this was horrible. Usually they have sheets, an actual pillow, and sometimes and shower and bathroom.

They have small amount of rooms and somewhat limited availability. I believe the insane prices keep the demand low. The priority pass free hour and lower rates, combined with convenience makes it a worthwhile option in short overnight stays. The "bed" was comfortable enough. They provided 1 pillow which is somewhat skimpy. I was expecting a white noise machine, or at least the alexa device to function as one. Unfortunately, the Alexa said it needed a premium subscription, which it lacked, in order to play relaxing noises, and didn't recognize "white noise". Overall, it seemed dated, and lacked any premium type experiences that you would expect for $180 a night / $34 per hour (with pp discount). But having a private place to lie down with the lights off in an airport is definitely worth the money, once in a while, for a short while. I'll definitely start taking advantage of the free priority pass hour more often.
$45 per hour??? Are you kidding me? No shower, nothing. Well, a couch that's stuffed in a closet. $45 per hour. That's just sickening
Rude folks. Always busy and full. Two hours out for a potential room. I think she was making that up as soon as she saw the priority card. Confirm availability first, then show the card.
