One word to describe it, slow. The wait time for food is extremely long and it’s ridiculous. My order was wrong three times before they got it right. Also, there was no sort of apology for the situation at hand. The food was good but the service wasn’t up to par at all.
McAlister‘s deli has delicious sandwiches soups and more. I love their sandwiches I love the soups and salads. It’s great to be able to choose a soup and salad or a sandwich soup vice versa. Great place for lunch. I would definitely not recommend the nachos. Great place as always great service wonderful people. You lost me at the nachos I don’t know why I ordered them.
My first time experience was not good at all.Was excited to try them for the first time. Went in a bigger guy told me to come to a register he would be right with me. A group of people were at another register getting their order taken by a lady with glasses and twist in her hair. He then came back told me to come down to another register just to tell me he couldn't take me and to wait for the group to be done. Once the group was done the lady with the twist walked off to go help someone who just walked in to to get a online order. I guess she was having trouble so she got someone else to help her. She came back to the register as another lady came in for a order. She completely ignored me at the register and started helping the new customer as if I hadn't been standing there for 5 minutes waiting to get my order taken. At that point I've been ignored twice so I left and went across the way to what I knew.. Chipotle! BTW Chipotles new watermelon drink is fire and desire!
Where do I begin. Service is very sad, no smiles more impatient. The sandwiches had very little meat in them. The actual restaurant is so much better! They only had 1 register open no matter the size of the line. If your looking for a roast beef sandwich, go to Arby's.
The food here is good, but the service is horrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff that can’t seem to get the orders correct. Every time we pick up there’s something wrong or something missing. The pick-up window is slow and gets backed up. Save yourself the frustration and go inside to pick up your food/make sure they got your order right.
On Sunday, March 20th, I ordered a sandwich and a cup of potato soup. I noticed the potato soup was OLD! It was luke warm and very very very lumpy. I had a potato soup a couple of days before and it was freshly made, which is why I could tell the vast difference. I always order ahead because the service tends to be a bit slow on the inside.
Simply the best. Always great food and always great service. I eat here often and Khadijah always takes great care of me. Going again today for lunch. Love this place. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
I hate giving a restaurant a bad review, especially one I enjoy eating at. Sunday I ordered a chef salad with no cucumbers and to my surprise it was full of cucumbers. I called and they agreed to remake the salad. Yey. I got another surprise. I was given a Ceasar salad.Very disappointed ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹
Thanks to Concentra for lunch today provided by McAlister’s Deli. I had the Grilled Chicken Cesar salad. I must say it was delicious. I will recommend to others.
The food was excellent and the server and I talked about 5 minutes. Very personable. The food was so good I’m going back on day 2. Sometimes if we put out bad energy, we get it back. We have to display patience to be at peace and get patience back.
