The food was great. I was in Italy only last week and can say this was genuinely good Italy quality pizza. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had the tradizionale with rocket/arugula and chicken. Loved it.
Pizza was delicious and very fairly priced! We enjoyed our visit but the bartender is extremely overworked! He was running bar and tables while 4 people stood at the door greeting guests. Management needs to intervene.
Best pizza in Atlanta. I was in town for a week-long conference and it was so good the first time I came back again the next day, and I would have come back a 3rd time but got invited to ear elsewhere. I should have passed and just come back to Max's!Not only is the pizza incredibly satisfying, but the garlic parmesan wings and meatball appetizers are fantastic as well.Cool vibe in the place, and every seat in the restaurant has a great view of the coal fired oven.
Great little pizza place walking distance from the convention center. Stopped in here for lunch and had a great experience.The salad tasted really good and pizza was awesome.If you're in the area or at a trade show at the GWCC, make sure to stop by if you're craving pizza.
The bianca pizza is good, just need to omit the garlic. The spaghetti is spicy. Water is straight from the tap. But still good. Love the atmosphere.
The food was excellent- the service was okay until the wait staff asked for my ID (59) - my ID was in the car but - it worked out! We had 2 different pizzas and desserts - would strongly recommend
The food is OUTSTANDING! The hostess was rude. She rolled her eyes at us twice and seemed to generally be having a horrible day. Our server could not have been nicer though!
Good pizza if your in the area visiting the aquarium and world of coke. Staff was quick and attentive. I enjoyed the pizza and my cocktail.
Came in on a cold, windy Saturday night & the place was PACKED. We were able to get seated quickly & our server was super friendly. The husband & I had margaritas & the margarita pizza. PHENOMENAL. Our kids had pepperoni pizza & root beers. We were served quickly but didn’t feel rushed. We all left with happy bellies. Highly recommend.
Coal fired pizza is my favorite way to eat it. They definitely do it right. The pizza came out piping hot and the dough had a nice char to it. The fresh mozzarella was delicious, but I wish they used more basil on the pizza. The wings were delicious and the salad was refreshing and well seasoned.
