Iâll start with the positives. We had a 745 reservation and we were seated by 800. Our waitress was very friendly. Now the negatives. Our dinner was not served until 2 hours later. I had commented to the front desk but nothing was done. Our waitress gave the wrong info on a dish and therefore my friend could not eat it. This was a horrible experience.
We have frequented this restaurant whenever we attend events downtown. I love most of the food but I will say last night my husband steak was almost an edible. It was very tough. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere overall but it is extremely loud and you cannot hear your party across the table. Other than that we really love the food, the service is always impeccable. I will definitely return when Iâm in the area but would not make a special trip for this restaurant.
Unfortunately had a bad experience with clients. Service was extremely slow, the kitchen missed our ticket... in the end we spent almost 2 hours for dinner when the restaurant was less than half full for a table of 5. My ribs were decent, however clients who had steak and fish all said it was very bland and unseasoned. It was bad enough that one actually used the fried okra sauce on his steak. Good points: The Okra was very good. Cooked nicely and quite tasty. It's also a nice inside ambience and smells really great from the wood. Overall though it's a hard pass for any future visits unfortunately.
Went before a concert, Open Table allowed us to reserve before 4pm however they will not open the doors til 4pm. 10-15 of us stood outside in the rain waiting for them to let us in. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and Kobe was a fantastic waiter! Cowboy steak was incredible.
My family thought the food was ok for the most part. My grouper had good taste but was dry, and my margarita was watered down with way too much ice. Service, and the atmosphere were great though. Our server was great. Overall it was a good experience.
Food is good, beer selection is Ok. Service was pleasant but a bit slow, even though the place was not crowded. Ambience is poor⦠the place needs a interior decorator and need to work on lighting!
Service was very slow. Food was fantastic! Had the pizza and grouper. Loved it. House beer was just ok. We were sitting by the back door. Many of the staff were aware and were graceful going through the door. However, some did not care and were slamming the door as they went through. Created disruption in our meal.
Nice enough. They were out of multiple items that we asked for and the food that did arrive was nothing special. Tomatoes in the salad were slimy. The grouper and mashed potatoes were solid. And my son's chicken fingers were definitely the highlight. I could see how this would be a fun place during the week when busier to hang with friends, but probably wouldn't choose just for my family next time.
