Pretty standard cafe with a nice twist on the usual formula of shaved ice and drinks. I guess that’s what happens when you base your entire menu off Matcha green tea. There is definitely real tea in this ice too. The location is pretty obscure since it’s behind a big plaza and is a standalone building. It’s pretty easy to miss unless you were specifically looking for it.The interior is nicely decorated with a nice garden feel to it all. The bathrooms are clean but for some reason the soap dispenser was pretty gross. Everything from the sink to the toilet seemed brand new except for the soap dispenser.Overall I’d give this place a nice 7/10 since the menu is pretty limited in terms of hot foods and it was cramped.
Very friendly service with cute Asian decor/aesthetics. Yummy Maiko Special (matcha and ube soft serve) and crepe cake! Worth visiting if you enjoy matcha desserts! Got reg and Ube egg tart and Japanese cheesecake but didn't eat it yet since I purchased it to go
VEGANS, do not pass on the dairy free matcha pints. They also can make lattes all vegan. You must go.
Great spot for everything matcha. Currently the seasonal ice cream is chocolate. I got the seasonal and matcha soft serve. This location is bigger than their sister location on pleasant hill. Recommend coming if you are carving matcha.

I literally just went and ordered and iced matcha latte with oat milk, the same drink I always order at the other Matcha Cafe in Duluth. I received a lukewarm veggie-looking drink?. No ice was in it, no layering or effort in presentation. If you are going to be a barista, please put the effort in layering at least a basic latte. I was so upset when I tasted it too as it was all grainy. It was not worth the $6 I paid. Least to say, I was disappointed with my visit today.Cute interior though but next time, I think I’ll stick with their soft serve stuff (something that shouldn’t be too easy to mess up)*photo was 3 mins after receiving my drink.
Very delicate asian dessert place!! Very tasty combinations, not too sweet, fresh, big sizes, nice ambient.
Used to be good but now their Matcha soft-serve do not have that strong Matcha taste to it anymore. Maybe they reduced the amount of powder to it. Also, it isn't as creamy. It was kind of icy and melty. Very expensive for what you get. The customer service is okay. They aren't very friendly nor welcoming. The Matcha powder at least is very good. I buy it instead and mix to a vanilla ice cream.
3.5 rounded up to 4 stars. Parking here is terrible. Awkward location to get into. They never have as many flavors as the other location, which is kinda disappointing. I came here looking for something that is apparently only available at the Duluth location.Decided to try matcha, which was kind of meh to me. Came back to try the current flavor of the moment which is brown sugar... Not bad. I really wish they offered the Ube and Thai Tea soft serve year-round.
