The food was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waitress was top notch.
I had just come from picking up my World Series ring I earned from the Braves last night. I always eat at Long Horn and always had a great experience. I'm mad at myself because I didn't get names. Receptionist was awesome, the waitress never checked on us after bringing appetizers and drinks. Ordered entrees and salads took at least 20 minutes for salad to come out. I ask for the manager because it took even longer for entree to come out. Again my friends drink glass was almost empty. I wanted A1 sauce waitress never came back. I am without it now it's time to go needed carry out. She brought over the carry out my to go order was wrong. When I ask for my check the black book was thrown on the table. As she walked off I did say she had an attitude and her tip would not be a great one talking to my friend. She was headed to the back came back to say across the wall. "I am 21 and she didn't need my money". I was so out done bc I never complain I have never ever experienced this in my 61 years of life. I called the manager again he was in disbelief. He took some off my bill but she should have been gone before I left. Not sure of your hiring firing process but I'm just glad the restaurant was very light bc it was close to 10 or after. This was unacceptable on so many levels.C. Dumas
Longhorn Steak Salad, Acres Mill Rd, Cobb County. The best I have ever had. Sorry, but I don't have a clip of the salad prior to eating. Perhaps, you can see it on their on-line Menu. Too Good!! vw
Had a great dinner last night ordered the Texas tonion for an app with the ny strip 12oz steak with onions and Parmesan crust with roasted asparagus and loaded baked potato and it was packed with flavor. Our waitress did awesome was attentive, and had an overall nice experience at this location. Will return and recommend this location to friends and family. Good job
The meal was great. I had steak and lobster. The server forgot my salad. I reminded her after the meal arrived. ?Towards the end of the meal, I saw her again and asked about the jack and coke I ordered when I first arrived ?The meal was fabulous but service sucked. Oh, I forgot to mention we were on a wait list and sat outside in car for 45 minutes. My date went to check on seating only to find out we were forgotten. I love Longhorns but next time I'll try a different location
Can’t say enough good about this place. Food is great and the waitress we had was wonderful. We live in Indiana and our Longhorns isn’t this great at all. Clean, got in fast, restrooms clean and was greeted in a very nice way.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a lunch meeting there and the staff was very accommodating. Danni was our server and she was amazing. She knew the menu and was very attentive.My group will definitely be back. Thanks a lot!!!
So I learned that if Valentines Day ? falls on a Monday,? then you celebrate the ENTIRE weekend ↔️before. Who knew???♂️ My wife did.??♂️ And after informing ME at 8 pm.? I set about TAKING HER OUT TO DINNER ????. She told me "It's the busiest date night of the year" ??????and by the looks of parking lots she was right. ???So I think...?She loves steak. ? We pull up to Longhorn. 2 hours before closing.??? It's only a 35 minute wait?? and no reservations. We were seated. The food was delicious ?and served with friendly, knowledgeable service. ?My wallet wasn't? offended and all was well. ??
Staff was nice and attentive. We were put on a wait list with a 15 min expected wait. In about 5 mins we got the text and were already at our table. Pretty quick for a Friday night. Food was perfect. Ambiance was nice and family friendly. Went here with a group of friends and glad we chose this location. Will be back to visit in the future.
I’m always on the road with work, wind up a different longhorns along the way. This is the best long horn in all my travels. The food the service. And they have horseradish, some long horns don’t. I ride my bike around the area and stop to eat just to hang out with Tay, the bartender. He’s is awesome.
