I placed my order at 617pm. Got a text message at 645 that my order was ready... the nasty chick at the counter qith a bad attitude and no customer service skills says she can't find my order. She goes to the back and tells me that they are remaking it. A supv comes out I ask him what's up. Turns out my food was picked up by someone... NO she gave it to someone by accident. And I get a text saying I jave a refund... WHY.. make my food. Needless to say. They didn't remake my food and I have to wait 21 days for a refund. The better thing for them.to do would have been to.comp my food. Instead they said I need to re order and pay again. It was horrible. I.drove from Douglasville to try them.out and I will never ever go back again. They should be ashamed of themselves.
horrible customer service, waited an hour and my food was given to someone else. they wouldn't remake my food unless I replaced my.order. and told me that my.refund would take 21.days. horrible horrible experience. the customer service was the absolute worst. I drove 44 minutes to try them and I will never ever go there again. I left empty handed
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has to be the most ghetto establishment that I’ve ever patronized. First off when ever I order I always get my ordered cancel because they always claim they closed when I’ve placed my order over an hour and a half prior. So this time around I place well after opening just to call and ask about my order and get told they just now opening. Also to get hung up on in my face by a man because I was asking to many questions about my order. Please save your money and DO NOT patronize this restaurant EVER!
I don’t leave negative reviews but this must be addressed. After ordering from another restaurant that canceled my order due to not being open, I ordered from this establishment in person. When I got my food it was not hot, the shrimp are very small and a portion of my order was left out. I live a short distance away so there was no way the food could have been hot and gotten cold. When I got home and called there was a recording and I left a message. A week later and no call back. I’m hopeful that someone will call me and make this right. I believe this is a black owned business and I want to patronize but I have an expectation for a high level of communication and customer service.
Omg !!!! Finger licking good. Service was great which made my first experience even better. Thequality of the seafood is definitely worth the quantity. The butter sauce is everything.
Another great restaurant in Atlanta! You can’t eat in the restaurant, it's pick-up only. Everythingwas so good. If you love seafood, you should try them out!
Overall I was very pleased with my order here. I came across their page on Instagram and decidedto give them a try due to the hype. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our food.
Loved it! Tried this instead of Krab Queens (they didn’t have a menu posted and never answered).And I am glad with the decision! I got the Lemon Butter lover and it was delish, good portions andflavor.
I loved the food! The butter sauce was really good and everything was nicely seasoned. I do wishthe crab legs were a little bigger.
Ordered the Red snapper meal and lemon butter feast and the food was absolutely delicious andfulfilling. Their special sauce is the bomb and a must have for that extra twang!!! love that this is aBlack owned business. For all my seafood lovers, stop by and show some support, you won’t bedisappointed!!!
