Clean, pretty, nice atmosphere but the wait staff was a little inattentive. They sort of treated the delivery customers as if they were secondhand citizens. I had to wait way too long ( 10 minutes close) to pick up an order that was already ready when I first arrived in the establishment. Definitely needs improvement.WOW! Look at their response (below) to my observation (above) and repeat it with me:INATTENTIVE!!!
Absolutely LOVED this restaurant! The smell of the food as we walked in the door was simply intoxicating! The smell & the authenticity of the restaurant was very warm & inviting! The service was nice & friendly! The tortilla chips were fresh & warm. The salsa was fresh with a bite of spice and the drinks were cold & refreshing ?. We will definitely be back very soon! ?
I am very disappointed in this location. I am a long time patron of this establishment and the service and fraud I encountered was awful. The server was given a cash tip and my daughter put 0.00 instead of a zero with a line through it and the server added a 1 to make it $10.00! I called the establishment and spoke with the manager Javier and he was more concerned with refunding us the $10 instead of realizing that he is employing a thief. If it was done to us, who knows how many other customers who don’t pay attention this has happened to. The manager stated he felt it was a keying error and that’s why I asked for a copy of the receipt (something he should of done). I was told the receipts were sent to corporate and I had to contact them. After all the calls etc, the DM did call to apologize and understood the severity of what the server did. I hope the manager was counseled concerning handling issues like these. This is fraud and could cause customers not to come to your establishment.
First off...let me say the food is very good. Chicken Soup is the BEST and the beer is ice cold. Why I am only giving this one star is because of the service. They NEVER have enough staff. Because of this, every time we go, which is quite often, less than half the tables are taken and there is an hour wait. When we walk in, the feeling is..."we don't want you here because we are short staffed". Hire some staff and pay them! It will be a lot less frustration for your customers.
Myself and some friend had lunch here and the environment was nice and clean. The music was playing at a low volume, whereas I can actually have a conversation without asking my friend to repeat themselves. Customer service was good, food was delicious. We had a great experience. Bathroom was clean. Had hand soap and tissue in the bathroom stalls. A big deal for me. Overall experience, I give it 4 ?
I really enjoyed La Parrilla. I ordered the pizza with steak and ground beef and my friend ordered chicken fajitas. We also ordered guacamole with the complimentary chips and salsa. We were not disappointed. Our waiter Lorenzo was the absolute best and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our dining experience. I definitely will be visiting again.
Love this extremely well run restaurant. Staff is super attentive and friendly. This restaurant is super clean and beautiful.
This restaurant is close to my work, so I’ve been here many times. They do a very good lunch crowd, so it wouldn’t hurt to get here a few minutes early. The menu is very nice, and everything I’ve tried is good. My favorite is not on the menu, quesadilla with onions and mushrooms, so good!
Good food, our server was great bar staff were not so great. Our Mango margarita didn’t have any mango ?
Service was great. Chips and dip was fresh.My dish would have been good had a whole onion not been cut up in it. I got a vegetarian burrito, there was a couple pieces of spinach and mushrooms, maybe a few pieces of green/red peppers here and there, the rest of the filling was onion.I ordered the salmon to go, no major complaints with that meal. Was scared because I heard it was dry from a couple people, but it was good overall. Will try something else if I go again.
