We stopped here before going to Puttshack. This place has been on my list for weeks to try. The food and service were okay. We walked to the cashier and she nonchalantly told us to pick and a spot and someone would come take our order. We sat and after 10 minutes someone came by. We ordered waters and queso for the table, then ordered our food. From their Google rating, I thought my socks would be knocked off. The queso was really good but kinda watery, which was weird lol! My paella was good, but the mussel shell got broken so it was all in my food. It was like chewing sand. Yuck! Not a bad place to grab a cheap bite in Atlanta.
Food was good, menu selections not what I expected. But the place was pretty crowded during lunch time. I ordered chicken tacos, I wanted one chicken and 1beef, but I had to order 2 of the same as if they were pre made. Anyway the 3 rating, is because me and my co workers stomachs were not favorable after eating there. So probably won't return.
If you are hungry, this is definitely a place to go because portions are insane big.We had there two Cuban sandwiches, guacamole and the plantains and it was way too much. Just the sandwiches are quite a lot but they are tasty and I liked them. Also the plantains are in my point of view a must order and try, I liked them a lot. Just the salsa and guacamole were a bit plain and lacked deeper flavour and seasoning.
The food was good and the drinks weren't bad. Went in a group but everyone seemed satisfied with their orders. The staff missed part of my order but didn't charge me for it so it balanced out. Everything is nicely priced as well.
One of my all time favorite places. Their paella is fantastic. I've tried most dishes, and they've all been very good... but the paella (seafood, or regular with chicken/ shrimp/ calamari)? Can't be improved upon!
The food was very good, we specially recommend Bistec a la Parrila and the Burritos. Personnel is very kind and friendly. We strongly recomend this place.
La Fonda over all is good but I think people taking short cuts when buying Salmon. It’s probably not salmon but tasty. Queso is good and the rest of the food is good as well. I’m just not happy with the taste of the “FAKE” Salmon. Price easy on pockets.
Really delicious beans and rice! It was a bit crowded inside so we opted to eat on their patio but unfortunately it's not heated. It would be great if they could add some patio heaters to make the patio comfortable on colder days.
My wife and I love a good paella; this was absolutely delicious. After changing my mind about having tacos, we ventured to La Fonda Latina and had a wonderful meal. The margaritas were on point also. We will be back.
This place is not worth any amount you pay. First of all Mexican and Cuban food has so much of flavor. This restaurant serves Cuban and Mexican cuisine that is a injustice to represent these exotic cultural cuisine in this way. Food is tasteless. Above all the staff are extremely rude and does not know how to serve the paying customers. The price, is ridiculous. You can go elsewhere and get better service and good food. This restaurant is subpar in my opinion.
