Never had pupusas before coming here and I’m hooked. It’s like a hand held corn hot pocket with different meaty insides. Be patient when ordering because it’s made to order but are piping hot when you get them. For a quick lunch, 2 with a can drink spend about $10.Wouldn’t expect to be crazy full but can carry you for a lunch
Incredible pupusas. Great option if you are vegetarian and would like to try them- the veggie and sweet plantain pupusas are as great as the meat versions

This may have been my first pupusa, not sure; however, I really enjoyed the taste of the dense stuffed cornmeal fritter/pupusa. The breakfast bowl was also tasty, a broad mix of fresh ingredients. Liked the many vegan options on the menu. Will visit again.
The Jeff bowl is delicious. The portion is smaller now than before for $14 but its still fresh and goodUpdate....it is $9 bucks for just veggies forgot to say i had a protein added
Great variety of Central American street-comfort food, papusas built custom from two different grains (plain masa or masa mixed with spinach), base layers (black bean or cheese) and three of just about every topping that you'd find on the streets of Mexico, El Salvador, or Guatemala. They also have a great breakfast menu for those on the go. Nice outdoor seating out front & in the courtyard of the MET.
Got a papusa at the farmers market pop-up. The menu said chicarron, but I didn't notice any pork... Just some black beans and cheese in a corn pocket, and not even very big - about the size of an empanada. Not terrible, but very disappointing for $6.
The pupusas were okay.Don't think I'll be back...I'm patient waiting for walking orders to go but. It took= forever just to get my two pupusas. Even after it was sitting there already made. It just sat there as he bagged up other orders. That came out after mine so I can only surmise....I was just to drag out my misery. So it must have been personal...
The food is great. It’s just a real expensive lunch.
Excellent customer service. Best pupusas in town.
